Mukava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Erityisesti allasalue ja ostamamme hamam olivat ihana. Viihdyimme hyvin.

It was okay
Pros:

We didn't use the free shuttle service as we enjoy walking around. The beach is only a 15 minutes walk and the hotel has its own reserved beach area and sunbeds. The room was clean, and the cleaners are lovely and would visit daily. Good shower, very powerful and hot water. Food is good, lots to choose from, for the price you can't complain too much.

Cons:

The walls are paper thin, we could hear next door's family arguing day and night, baby crying, showering and even heard them toileting etc... the drinks are very basic, if you want good alcohol/fresh juice it will cost extra. We only used it as a base for food and sleep rather than as a resort so it works. Drinks and food are also not free/included at the hotel beach bar. My teenage daughter was made very uncomfortable as a couple male hotel employees kept hitting on her, which in my opinion was extremely unprofessional. Most of the hotel staff are nice though. The beds are not very comfortable, and the aircon is either too cold or not enough power, very loud as well.

Прекрасный отель, в который хочется вернуться снова.
Pros:

Было прекрасное месторасположение. Тихо и уютно, без лишней суеты.
Кухня была супер.
Персонал отзывчивый и приветливый.
В шаговой доступности все удобства.

Cons:

Уборка была не совсем качественной. Балкон особо не убирали. И бывало не докладовали полотенце или вода /чай/кофе.

Хотим выразить огромную благодарность всему персоналу отеля Kleopatra Ramira за чудесный отпуск!
Шведский стол на любой вкус! Завтраки плотные, обеды и ужины разнообразные. Всегда было свежее мясо, рыба, много овощей и фруктов. Голодными не остался никто.
Территория и сервис: Территория зеленая и ухоженная, бассейн чистый. На ресепшене русскоговорящие сотрудники (это большой плюс), помогли со всеми вопросами. Персонал улыбчивый и приветливый.
Отель полностью соответствует своим звездам, а по соотношению цена/качество даже лучше. Отдых удался на все 100%.

Cons:

Единственный минус, для детей нет анимации. хотелось бы больше для детей развлечений.

Vi vill rikta ett stort tack till hela personalen för en fantastisk vistelse i Alanya. Ett särskilt tack till Okan, Musa, Ayhan, Hasan (servitören) och Hassan i receptionen, Tamer pide bagaren, och övriga personal som med sin vänlighet, professionalism och sitt engagemang gjorde vår semester oförglömlig. De fick oss att känna oss välkomna från första dagen och gjorde alltid det lilla extra för att vi skulle trivas.
Maten var dessutom helt underbar – varierad, välsmakande och alltid av hög kvalitet. Ett särskilt tack till Bilal och kocken, som välkomnade alla gäster med ett leende vid varje måltid och bidrog till den trevliga atmosfären i restaurangen.
Även övrig personal förtjänar stort beröm för sitt fina bemötande och sin höga servicenivå. Tack vare er blev vår vistelse fylld av glädje, komfort och många fina minnen. Vi rekommenderar varmt hotellet och ser fram emot att komma tillbaka.

Хотелось бы больше анимационных развлечений вечером
Pros:

В целом все очень красиво, аккуратно. У нас был семейный номер, достаточно просторный. Кормили очень вкусно, разнообразно, повару огромное спасибо, кушать шла как на праздник 😁 На территории отеля 2 больших бассейна(один с горкой) и один детский.
До пляжа идти 20 мин, есть трансфер, но т.к мы не тюлени, нам было необходимо хоть какое-то движение. Столовая просторная, располагается в основном корпусе и напротив тоже можно сесть покушать, место всегда хватало. К отелю прикреплен пляж номер 6, лежаки бесплатные.
В целом всем довольна, обязательно сюда вернусь

По приезду выдают пляжные полотенца и обмен на новые чистые 2 евро каждое
