Il cibo di ottima qualità, i camerieri gentilissimi... Lo chef attento.

Cons:

Pochi tavoli per consumare il vitto, la pulizia deve essere più accurata e le Stanze rimodernate. I condizionatori perdevano acqua e il bagno non veniva pulito in maniera doverosa.

hôtel bien et très propre
le personnel a accueil avec un beau sourire
les repas son très bon je donne 10 Etoiles au personnel de cuisine et surtout le sourire du chef cuisine qui est toujours la pour accueillir les vacanciers a chaque repas
quelques animations locaux le soir 1 jour sur 2

Cons:

je n'est pas apprécier le comportement des serveurs pendant les repas car ils tourne entre les tables en continue sans arrêt pour te débarrasser des assiettes et les couvert . du coup tu te retrouve a te levez plusieurs fois pour te resservir ou pour récupérer fourchette et cuillères . et le faite qui tourne en rond autour des table pendant que tu mange ca ma pas plu .
Manque de sourire des serveurs
interdiction de consommer votre boissons dans la plage privé il faut acheté même si c'est une bouteille d'eau .

Abysmal hotel, in an awful area. Would never return.
Cons:

It was advertised that there was a kids club but there wasn’t any staff so there was no kids club. The staff were abrupt, the location was quite far from any beach, shops snd bars and the shuttles buses were few and far between and you risked your life using them as they didn’t close the door. They provide a pool towel but you are charged £1 each towel to change it and you only have the option to do that between 5pm and 6pm. I went at 5:20pm and they had non left so couldn’t change them. The pool rules are non existent until it gets to 6pm and you have to be out of the pool and off the beds or the staff will spray you with a hose or scream abuse at you. It was overcrowded and ultimately wasn’t enough eating areas to sit for your evening meal or for the evening entertainment, they only have 2 nights a week.

Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment gentil et à l'écoute. Les plats sont délicieux, et l'hôtel est vraiment propre. J'ai déjà eu l'opportunité de séjourner dans des hôtels 5 étoiles mais avec un service qui n'était pas à la hauteur. L'hôtel Kleopatra Ramira n'est certes pas un hôtel de luxe, mais le niveau de service est très performant. Je conseille vivement.

Мне первоочерёдно понравилась цена,затем менеджеры, которые прекрасно разговаривали на русском. Не обращался по каким либо вопросам в плане проживания,.т.к было все на уровне. Еда хорошая и вкусная,собственый пляж. Номер просторный с большим балконом и видом на сад ,в котором поют птицы. Регулярный трансфер к пляжу на хорошей маршрутке.

Cons:

Спорт.зал(маленький и плохо работает кондиционер). Не всегда качественая уборка номера, далёкое расположение от моря. Зонты шезлонга требуют срочного обновления.

Pros:

Camerele au fost destul de curate. Apreciez personalul de la bucatarie si bar care a fost foarte prompt si amabil.

Cons:

Hotelul este destul de departe de plaja. Transportul de la hotel la plaja si inapoi s-a facut cu microbuze care, de cele mai multe ori au fost neincapatoare si nu a fost suplimentat cu un alt mijloc de transport. Plaja nu este suficient de ingrijita, umbrelele sunt vechi si ruginite. Mancarea destul de buna dar cu foarte putine feluri de mancare gatita. Camerele standard si economy sunt destul de mici. Camerele economy nu au balcon si acest aspect nu este precizat pe booking. Aparatul de aer conditionat (indispensabil in aceasta zona sufocant de calduroasa) a fost foarte prost amplasat astfel ca aerul conditionat batea chiar in pat. Piscinele sunt destul de mici si se inchid la ora 18,00.

I booked this hotel for my parents, and they were extremely happy with their stay. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout their visit.

They were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. On their last day, they had a late flight and needed to stay longer at the hotel, and the staff kindly helped them arrange the extra time as well.

My parents were very satisfied with everything. Thank you so much to the entire team for your kindness, hospitality, and excellent service! We truly appreciate it and would definitely recommend this hotel. ❤️

Pros:

The staffs were very friendly, patient and doing everything for the customer's satisfaction. The food was very tasty and many varieties. The family room was very spacious for me and my 2 teenage kids. The bed very comfortable and AC working properly. We always had a good night rest that we even slept past breakfast time on most days 😂

Людей слишком много, меню практически не меняется. Шезлонгов не хватает, столов тоже. Приходится ждать пока кто-то поест

Удобное расположение отеля. Комнату убирают каждый день.

Cons:

Впервые отдыхали в этом отеле в 2019 г. Очень понравилось в тот момент. В этом году решили вернуться , ноооо нас ожидал неприятный сюрприз, возможно поменялись управляющие лица. Народу много, шезлонгов не хватает, все занимают с утра. Ребенок проснулся ради того, чтобы занять шезлонг возле горок, в 8 утра, повесила полотенце. Пришел какой-то дед, убрал это полотенце и прекрасно разместился со своей супругой. В итоге ребенок в слезах попросила вмешаться в эту ситуацию. Пришлось обратится к Саид бею (якобы он смотрит за камерами) в итоге он принял сторону деда, я попросила перемотать пораньше чтобы показать что моя дочь занимала место, но он просто развел руками и сказал : решайте сами! Больше в этот отель не поедем.
