LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!
We were there for a wedding and didn’t have much down time but we did enjoy the short walk to the beach (1 block) and to good restaurants (1-2 blocks)
It was stated 2-4 people room accommodations. This is a compactible condo comfortable for 2, tight for 4.

Pros:

Overall, we had a great stay. Only issue was some mold/mildew allergens in the decorative pillows and the couches. It was an easily fixed by covering the couch with the extra sheet that was provided and airing the rooms out during the day. Loved that the windows open fully to let in the sea air!!
Pool area was nice, the kitchenette was well stocked, and it's a quick walk to the beach.
Beware that shops and restaurants other than those in the Icona(s) were not walkable. Best to bring in any grocery items you'll want.

We will be back with more family! Best place in STH and Avalon!
Pros:

The outdoor pool patio set up with the bbq grilles, TV and fireplaces was exactly what our group needed. Loved how easy it was to walk to the beach.

Cons:

Nothing to not like! We wished our unit had under cabinet lights to better operate in the kitchen. The microwave's light did not work. Would have liked to have had easier access to the fridge, as the door opened onto the couch, and full mobility is that space is also kinda difficult.

It wasn’t what I seen on the website. I was very disappointed in my room plus the cleaning service use a very strong cleaning agent which I could not handle. I had to leave a day earlier because of the smell.

Pros:

Perfect location to walk to beach and only a mile from shops in stone harbor. If you run, its a perfect location to log some miles too!
Very clean. Swim area was clean and inviting. My 5 year old enjoyed swimming in the pool. Very friendly staff from front desk, cleaning staff and grounds keeper!

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The room was a great size, clean and right around the corner from the pool. The bed was comfortable and there were things to use to cook and eat there. The pool was our favorite! The patio area has plenty of seating and it’s such a nice outside area. The front desk staff were helpful and I appreciated the beach tags. We will definitely be coming back!
