Lage am See
Der Service war aussergewöhnlich und sehr persönlich. Das Frühstück war sehr reichlich in einem wunderschönen lichtdurchfluteten Raum. Es war bei dem schönene Wetter und der wunderschönen Lage, dem gepflegten Garten und in weiss und cremefarbig gehaltenen modern/antikem Ambiente mit den riesigen Fenstern, wie in einem Great Gatsby Traum. Das Gebäude selber ist mit den Jugendstilakzenten wunderschön und die NAchmittage waren bei Drinks und Abende am Rand des Wasser unter den wachsamen Augen des Teams von Marco und Celine, Ricardo Lars usw eine unvergessliche Erfahrung
Die Zimmer sind klinisch einfach wie in einem Hospital, einfach sauber zu halten schon, aber doch unpersönlich im Vergleich zu der Rafinesse der Architektur im restlichen Hotel, Wir machen uns Sorgen, dass im Sommer der StandAir Conditioner nicht ausreichen wird, da nur ein relativ kleines Fenster auf den Berg schaut.
Bei grossem Andrang ist der Frühstücksraum chaotisch. Kann man kein besseres System entwickeln um Eierspeisenwünsche und Kaffeebestellungen abzufragen?

A fantastic experience from the warm welcome to the stunning view of the lake from our room. Everything was first class and the sauna cabin by the lake was a real bonus! Immaculate in every way we will be back for a longer stay!

We loved everything about this property. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the accommodations were so nice. We love the breakfast every morning and all the facilities.

This hotel sits in a gorgeous seat on Lake Luzern, complete with magnificent views, amazing sunset experiences, a secret lakeside private sauna, pretty rooms, and a terrific breakfast. It sits right near the train/funicular that takes one up to the top of Mt Rigi (special hiking and views). Relaxing sitting room and delightful spa. The lakeside restaurant opened just for us on a beautiful warm fall day.
Great view from the balcony of our room! Property has a western view and we were gifted two amazing sunsets over the lake, one from the secret lakeside sauna. Wonderful spa! and a close walk to the train up to the top of Mt Rigi. Nice restaurant for dinner and amazing breakfast included.
