location was decent. staff were okay. common room was casual and clean.

Cons:

Bed was stiff, ac/heater broke in the middle of the night. shower was uncomfortable. bathroom light was dim, could barely see inside the shower. very loud noise when the light in the bathroom was on. the outlet and lamp on the right bedside didn’t work. the light in the front of the room didn’t work. towels were miniature like child sized not adult sized.

Spend a little extra money and stay at a nicer hotel

Found hair in the room the chair smelled like wet dog or rotten food holes in the walls heat was poor nothing was done with the snow on the sidewalks to the office definitely will not be staying there again the place really needs a good maintenance person

It was so bad we couldn’t stay.

The bathroom fan wasn’t working. It had a lot of mold on the bathroom ceiling and walls. Me, my wife, and my son could smell the mold in the main part of the room, outside of the bathroom. I told the front desk person and he told me it’s ok the fan isn’t working since they have a different a/c system! I spoke to a couple who were just leaving their room. I asked if the bathroom fan is working and explained the one in the room we were going to stay in doesn’t. They told me theirs is working but it’s really loud. Where is the needed maintenance? Why was it ignored so long that mold began to grow on the ceiling and walls? Why was I lied to and told that it doesn’t need to work since they have an air conditioning system? That has nothing to do with controlling and re-routing the moisture in the bathroom. It was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had from a hotel.

Fine for the price. A decent place to sleep.
Pros:

Great location, close to shopping outlets in Niagara Falls, NY and about 20-25 min drive to Buffalo. Lots of good shopping plazas within 10 minute drive.

Easy and fast check in and check out. Fast wifi and nice hot water in the shower. Free parking and no resort fees was great!

Friendly staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The hallways were not heated, so it was very cold and unpleasant.

Breakfast was ok, very basic (yogurt, cereal, muffins, waffles, coffee, juice, some fruit (apples), and toast). Could have better variety.

Some areas (lights/carpets/mirrors) could use a deep clean. Found spider webs and dead bugs in the hallway lights.

Breakfast is need to improve with some protein additions.

Cons:

Considering 4 years ago pleasant stay in this location, choose this location but there is repair and maintenance issue like door of the room and bathroom is there.
