My experience with this property was extremely disappointing due to both electricity because of bad weather. While power outages can happen, the property made no effort to inform arriving guests. There was no notice at poor communication and unprofessional customer service.
I arrived during the official check-in hours, but the property was without electricity because of bad weather. While power outages can happen, the property made no effort to inform arriving guests. There was no notice at the entrance, and I received neither a phone call nor a message explaining the situation.
After spending approximately 30 minutes trying to locate a member of staff, I eventually found the receptionist. Rather than offering a manual check-in while the computer system was unavailable, I was met with a rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of assisting me, the receptionist suggested that I check myself in, making it impossible to have a constructive conversation or resolve the situation.
As a result, I requested a full refund and left the property. Several hours later, after the electricity had been restored, the receptionist contacted me and attempted to portray the situation as though I had voluntarily chosen not to check in, which does not accurately reflect what happened.
The issue was not the power outage itself, but the complete lack of communication, the unprofessional handling of the situation, and the poor customer service. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. There are other accommodations closer to the waterfall that offer a much higher standard of service for a similar price.

The staff was very professional but the reception was not nice really, also we had very rude interactions with me when I asked I already paid, we was not nice. And I asked about why they need my credit card did not answer me at all.
