Hotel Oleaje Sereno

Nothing "special", but I had a good sleep in quiet. This village is quite small and not so much noise at nighttime. Restaurant in same area, breakfast pretty okay. Nice service, If you have more time-they arrange tours in the area.

Prestations très basiques mais assurées (il y a de l’eau et de l’eau chaude, la clim fonctionne, le lit est propre). Ne pas se laisser démoraliser par l’accueil un peu « vieil ours » du proprio. Il essayera sûrement de vous vendre des tours en plus. Mais il respectera le contrat et veille au grain pour que tout fonctionne bien malgré le bazar apparent de l’endroit.

A great location next to the River Sierpe. The place to get read for a trip down the river. Hotel was more than adequate and food at the connected restaurant was great

I stayed in this hotel for three nights while exploring the area. My room had four beds though I stayed there alone. The room had a flat TV, an AC, but lacked a fridge. The breakfast was included and was very good served in the restaurant below. The hotel organizes tours to Cano Island, the mangroves, and to Corcovado National Park.

TVも電気ポットもないけれども、特に大きな不満はない。朝食もちゃんと出してくれるし、ホテル料金も手頃だし。Corcovado NPツアーに参加するには絶好。

Ideal als Zwischenstation nach Bahia Drake. Oder wenn man wenig Zeit hat als Ausgangspunkt zum Corcovado oder einer Mangoventour.

Only booked a night at this hotel the day before I arrived but they had contacted me by email within a couple of hours suggesting optional excursions etc. OK so they were trying to sell but at least they were showing interest which is more than I can say for one or two more expensive options I had stayed at. The hotel was as expected no frills but everything was clean and it worked. The air conditioning struggled to do more than take the edge off but overall it was good. The WiFi worked very well much better than most of the WiFi in various hotels etc. The service was relaxed but efficient, I enjoyed the food very much and would have struggled to eat much more at dinner.

音の騒がしいエアコンのみで、TV、電話、冷蔵庫もない。スタッフはとてもフレンドリー。

We stayed in Sierpe only to take a boat the next day to Drake Bay. Boat leaves from right in front of the hotel, so they were very helpful in arranging our boat and parking our car while away at Drake Bay. Hotel is very simple, clean as a jungle hotel can be...no soap or shampoo, so bring your own. Bed was comfy enough...food was hot and cheap... You don't want to spend any time un Sierpe, dingy jungle town but if you want to see a Crocodile close up...this is the place to see, especially when the local fishermen throw the chum.

we stayed over night so we could catch the river taxi the next day. The room was clean and the A/C worked. We ate and drank at the cantina and Jorge was a fine host and a likable man. We drove in and they kept our rental car in a secure place until we returned. The room we had would sleep 6 with five beds so a big family or group is what they are set up for. It didn't cost much and it was pretty sparse. If the circumstances were the same I would do it again.
