Great service during a very busy time for the hotel. The lobby configuration makes it easy for different groups to meet or gather. Impressive service at the front desk.
Nice facility
The room was clean & nice. When I asked for a blanket for the bed, they said ‘sure’ and provided one right away. I get really cold due to blood thinners, so that was a big deal for me. Everything was clean & all the staff was nice - the cleaning lady we passed in the hall even wished us a good day.
Your hotel is the kind of place I really appreciate when we need a place to stay. Not all hotels are clean, nor are all staff helpful. I should note here that I booked this stay through Expedia, which has caused friction with other hotel staff. One such hotel’s staff were unhappy with guests that booked through Expedia due to them receiving a reduced rate for the rooms - yes, they told us that. That type of thing should never be cause to treat the hotel guest differently. It should have been handled between the hotel & Expedia. That’s the reason I’m especially happy that the staff at your hotel offered excellent customer service.
So thank you very much for providing a great place to stay and staff that was very willing to help.
