Pros:

The hotel is located in a very busy, touristy area, just a few steps from a train station, making it convenient for exploring the city. If you enjoy listening to music, you may appreciate the record player and selection of vinyl records provided in the room.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the rooms are extremely small and cluttered with unnecessary furniture, leaving very little space to move around. To access the bed, we had to move a small round table and stool out of the way.

Housekeeping was disappointing. Although the rubbish bins were emptied and towels changed daily, the room was not properly cleaned. For guests staying several nights, we would expect more thorough daily cleaning, including cleaning the floors and bathroom and maintaining an overall level of cleanliness.

Excellent emplacement, grande chambre familiale d’angle avec lave linge, petit déjeuner parfait, staff très agréable et aidant, hôtel sous le signe de la musique ce qui donne du charme, snacks et boissons à disposition l’après midi, café à disposition à toute heure.

Terrific location that falls short of common expectations.
Pros:

Excellent location in Shinjuku, with plenty of interesting restaurants close by and as much shopping as you would wish.

Cons:

Rooms are tiny, even by Japanese standards. No draws for unpacking clothes, so one has to live out of a suitcase. Lighting is controlled by a room card and no individual options are available, a major pain if one wants to read and the other wants to sleep.

Otel yeniydi. Odalar tertemizdi. 3 kişi kalacağımız için odamız çok kullanışlıydı, 2 başımsız uyku alanı, tuvalet ve duşun bağımsız alanlarda olması ve çamaşır makinesi ile basit mutfak olması oda konforumuzu çok arttırdı.

Cons:

6 gece konaklamamıza rağmen odanın hiç temizlenmemesi. Lavabo tıkandığı için söyledik öyle temizlendi son gün.
7 gece üstü konaklamada 1 kez temizleniyormuş.
Odadaki bardak tabaklarım kirlendiğini ve yenilenmesini istedik. Bulaşık süngeri ve deterjan verdiler yıkayın dediler. Büyük taksi organize etmelerini istedik valizimiz için, saddce küçük taksi çağırabileceklerini söylediler.

יחס הצוות נפלא. הגענו מותשים אחרי טיסה ארוכה ועשו את כל המאמצים לסדר צ׳ק אין מוקדם מאוד, על אף העומס שהיה להם.

A Fantastic Choice with a Great Location
Pros:

Location was super. Very very close to metro.
Breakfast was good and afternoon snacks and drinks a good extra esp the popcorn machine.
All brand new and washing machine even had liquid although took a bit of working out.
Hubby thought shower was as good as any we’ve stayed at.

Cons:

Towels were small.
Sink in kitchen area which doubled as bathroom sink when there was room for a small bathroom sink in toilet.
Lighting was poor in room.
Record choices could be expanded
