OK and that's it. Not worth the price
Pros:

The location isn't good if you are looking for the the tourists cetner of Porto - more than 30 minutes by foot. Mattress were soft and not comfortable. The style of the rooms/layout of the coridor feels more like a cheap hotel, no simple free wifi, we placed in a very noisy room at the begging and overwall the hotel is just OK but definitely NOT what you would expect for the high price and the great reviews

Excelente, meu point no Porto

Bathrooms outside the rooms were far on floor 0 but if you were up on the rooftop, you had a long way to go to get to the bathroom.

Fantastic
Pros:

Absolutely everything! The staff were so very accommodating, polite, professional, they took time to interact with you even if they were busy, the room was unbelievably comfortable, clean spacious and well equipped. The food was also fantastic, The location may of been to the wrong end of town but its a lovely walk along the river 30 mins . Or a tram ride into town, so it's no big deal . .. we are definitely staying here again in the spring..
