A reserva pelo booking, paguei o pequeno almoço ao booking, e no hotel me cobraram novamente, falaram que a plataforma não informou o Pg do pequeno almoço . Que tinha que pagar novamente. Enfim paguei novamente.

Location a little too far from the centre of Porto if you aren't fit to walk far, but transport with bus or tram right outside the door.
Lack of views from the bedroom.
Bathroom had a couple of cracked tiles and moldy grout in the shower
A cama e as almofadas eram extremamente confortáveis. A dimensão da casa-de-banho. O pequeno-almoço, muito bom (pena não ter Champagne ou espumante de qualidade). Os funcionários, ficando difícil destacar qualquer um, pois todos foram de extrema competência e simpatia.
A limpeza do quarto, em geral, pecou sempre um pouco. Pouco espaço para arrumos…O bar do Hotel poucas vezes esteve em funcionamento…Não ter um verdadeiro espaço onde fosse possível manter reuniões. A lavandaria bastante cara.

Terrible view from rooms on side of the building. Not keen on the hard, industrial decor. The history of the building is interesting, but design internally is harsh.

The location is away from the main area and you would have to take a bus or Uber. It would have been nice to have a gym.
The historical building and the hotel decoration. Breakfast is pricy but very vast choice. Room is quite design but size wise a bit small but very nice shower etc.
I liked the location as it is 10 mins walk to.city center...far away from huge turistic crowds. There is tram 1 just right outside the hotel.

The staff at Vincci Porto were absolutely lovely — from reception and the bell staff who helped with our luggage to the bar staff, everyone was kind, warm and genuinely happy to help.
Unfortunately, the main downside was the cleanliness and condition of our suite. The carpet was very worn and heavily stained, to the point that I preferred wearing slippers in the room. My brother is allergic to dust mites and his allergies became particularly bad during our stay, requiring him to take antihistamines regularly. The wonderful staff were definitely the highlight, but the rooms, particularly the carpets, could really benefit from a deep clean and refurbishment.

Tudo foi ótimo! Excelente pequeno-almoço almoço em quantidade, qualidade e variedade. Cama muito confortável. Casa de banho com produtos de qualidade.
O preço do estacionamento é elevado. Apesar de ter pedido upgrade para quarto com vista para o Rio Douro, achei o preço elevado. O quarto ficava voltado para o interior.
