Spectacular views! Great pool! Very relaxing.
Pros:

Hotel Guajataca has the best view in the whole island! Their view is spectacular! The room was very comfortable. There are 2 pools and free breakfast with your stay.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. Our shower head was leaking all night. Most of the staff were exceptional. There were a few management staff that were rude. Would have liked a fridge in the room.

I love the new cool area that is , the wonderful swim up bar and everything they did was nice

Cons:

I think they need to have a new towels. The towels are very hard not comfortable. Maybe they need to change that and get better towels

2 -star hotel with 5-star location.
Pros:

Short and sweet. This place has a 5 star view with a 2-star hotel. Pretty rundown. Cleanliness just okay. If you are okay with okay lodging with an absolute stunning view, this is your place. Go over to the tunnel for coffee or chai latte. Hotel breakfast is Super 8 quality.

Ensure all things in your room are working properly before taking possession of it.

The location is great and the facilities are adequate.

Cons:

A jacuzzi was present as offered but it didn’t work. The hot water wasn’t working, the whole room’s floor was so humid we had to use towels to avoid tripping. The jacuzzi ended up leaking and things on our suitcase were wet by the time we discovered the leak.

Lovely location
Pros:

Stayed here a few days while vacationing in Puerto Rico. So I will start with the good. The location of the hotel is great, central to many of the places that we wanted to visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and courteous. Check in and check out was extremely quick and easy. The breakfast served was delicious and the area was always kept clean and tidy. There was ample parking and they have two pools available as the beach is very treacherous. The only real complaint are the rooms. The rooms are extremely outdated and are in need of repair and upgrade. Our closet door would not open all the way, there’s chipped paint on the walls and cracks and the bathroom fixtures were very old. With that being said we didn’t mind so much as we stayed in the room just to sleep. But if you decide to stay here, do not come with high expectations when it comes to the rooms. What’s carrying this place is the service and because of that I would return.
