Excellent hotel in Valencia
Pros:

Our flight had been canceled and we booked last minute. We needed to be near the train station and needed 3 beds. We arrived after midnight and were only able to use the hotel for 5 hours but everything was lovely. Especially the people at the front desk. If I'm back in Valencia I'll definitely book it again.

A very lovely, clean, centrally located hotel with absolutely wonderful staff
Pros:

When we arrived our room was not ready so they offered us an upgrade at an extra cost. It was bright and airy and very clean and peaceful. There was plenty of storage space - wardrobe and drawers with full length mirrors on the back of the doors. A mirror over the coffee table would have been nice - the current picture was a bit weird. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was good and the towels were changed every day. Breakfast was extremely good - a great variety of everything.

Cons:

If you wanted a cup of tea at breakfast you had to use the "hot" water that was in flasks - it was not hot enough. But you could use the hot water button on the coffee machines.
We experienced a couple of problems with our bathroom - the rain shower did not work as the knob to change from hand held shower to rain shower just spun around, the toilet flush system got stuck and we had one night of continuous running water in the toilet and then the drainage in the shower stopped draining and water escaped out of the shower unit and into the actual bathroom floor - BUT the hotel were very quick to fix all these problems

Flott hotell, fantastisk beliggenhet
Pros:

Flott beliggenhet, nydelige senger og godt utvalg i frokosten.

Memorable
Pros:

We loved all about it. We booked it in a heist, during a sleepless night at the El Prat airport in Barcelona due to cancelled flight home. The hotel was like a gift from the Universe

Cons:

Only the bed covers that were meant for winter and it was hard to remove them.
