Pros:

Breakfast was delish, and plentyful. Staff on breakfast were very nice

Cons:

We selected 2 single beds on our booking, on arrival staff said only double beds available so we had to share a bed which was not to my liking. Packio the reciptionst said it was hotel pregerence, he was rude and not accomadating. Our booking was for 2 night stay, we only stayed 1 night and checked out next morning. They said the issue was with booking.com and not the hotel.

Great Central Stay with a Few Missing Comforts
Pros:

Fantastic Location: The hotel is incredibly central, making it the perfect base for exploring Valencia on foot.
​Modern & Comfortable Rooms: The rooms are sleek, stylish, and contemporary. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
​Friendly Staff: Every interaction with the team was pleasant—they were welcoming, professional, and always happy to help.
​Relaxing Pool Area: The rooftop pool area is a beautiful, peaceful spot to unwind after a long day of walking around the city.

Cons:

For a hotel of this caliber, the basic room amenities were surprisingly lacking. At a price point of over €200 a night, I expected standard modern comforts like a coffee pod machine in the room. More frustratingly, there was no complimentary drinking water provided. Being charged €2.50 for a bottle of water after paying premium room rates felt a bit nickel-and-dimed.

Quiet and convenient, in the centre of Valencia
Pros:

The location is very good. Right in the centre, close to the buzz, but in a quiet street. We also really enjoyed the big bed, we rested very well. The room is basic, but clean and correct.

Cons:

Small detail, but we thought there would be complimentary water in the room. There's water in the minibar, and a convenience store around the corner, so not a big deal, but it's a nice touch many hotels have these days.

Street is quite noisy and you can hear that in the room, A/C is not really customisable
Breakfast is the same every day, and only Nespresso capsule for coffee.

Excellent séjour dans un hôtel idéalement situé !
Pros:

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel parfaitement situé, au cœur de tout ce qu’il y a à voir et à faire.
La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et bien équipée, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi.
Le personnel était sympathique, souriant et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions ou nous conseiller.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était très bon : varié, frais et copieux, de quoi bien commencer la journée !
Un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour son emplacement, son confort et son accueil chaleureux.

Bellissimo albergo in pieno centro, alle spalle del Mercato Centrale. Consigliatissimo.
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro, alle spalle del Marcato Centrale e nelle immediate vicinanze degli altri monumenti del centro storico. Personale molto gentile sia al check-in che durante il soggiorno fornendoci tutte le indicazioni sulle cose da fare ed i mezzi migliori per raggiungerle. Pulizia molto accurata. Stanza discretamente ampia con letto immenso e comodissimo. Wi-fi perfetto. Colazione ottima con vari prodotti sia salati che dolci e con varie specialità spagnole. Prezzo medio-alto corrispondente alla location ed ai servizi offerti.
