Pros:

The room was nice and clean with a beautiful view.

Cons:

The only thing that disappointed us was that we didn’t expect to have to pay extra for the spa(jacuzzi and sauna 4h max) and even after we paid for that we still had to pay extra for slippers and bath robes because they re not included in the room facilities. Everything else was fine.

Pros:

It's my second stay at White Rock Castle. Wonderful stay. Clean room, good breakfast, welcoming stuff. Very close to the Botanical garden. Hope to come again.

A fost OK
Pros:

Hotelul este bun, corespunzator celor citite despre el. Surpriza mare a fost cu patul extensibil, care a fost groaznic. Avea "valuri" , salteaua era subtire si orice miscare in pat producea un zgomot deranjant. Pacat! Restul a fost OK!

Canapeaua extensibila a fost groaznica.

Vizita la castelul reginei maria 20 euro persoana,foarte mult pt bulgaria ei la restaurante la fel ce scump , nu merita

Patul confortabil si micul de jun ok.

Cons:

Camera a fost pt 3 persoane, foarte frig si nu au oferit papuci si halat , se cer extra 40 euro pt papucii si halat ce a ce este exagerat la hotel de 3 stele, in baie nu exista calorifer si este foarte frig , doamna de la recepție foarte arogantă , am stat in camera cu reseu ca pe timpuri.
