Everything is perfect except the fan, the chain that controls the fan in all rooms are rusty and not easy to change the speed. Maybe with an AC is even better.
Nice grounds, spacious accommodations, but the lack of air conditioning was a big drawback and the bed linens stunk.
I was really disappointed with the room that I got. When I booked the reservation it was for a one bedroom with a full kitchen (that I really needed for the time staying there) and it had a balcony with a living room space. But when I checked in I got an economy room which did not do any justice for me. With the amount I got charged for it was not worth it. Now I go back on the booking to see the difference in price it’s about $600 difference for a one bedroom.

Comfortable, beautiful, friendly, quiet, everything we wanted in a relaxed family vacation.
Everything was great except for the roaches. The sprayed the exterior but with my health condition they couldn’t do inside. I will find somewhere else to stay on our next visit.

The unit has large open kitchen and dining area. And all cooking utensils which is convenient and feel at home.

I didn’t care for the staff I was on a trip with my granddaughter they called me constantly.My room and cell phone every day sometimes twice daily
Pool opens at 8Am, which is late in my opinion to an early bird.
No dining in the property.

Lily pond full of frogs, making terrible noise all night, my room was next to the pond.
Keep getting annoying phone calls from Wyndham after my stay.
Otherwise staff was nice and kind, overall clean room, and pool really nice.
The room was tiny, also the air conditioner was not functional and they didnt let us know ahead of time. They also supplied us with 2 towels expecting them to last 5 days for 2 adults.
It’s a beautiful campus, but there is no parking. And I love the fresh breeze with the windows, but that means you can hear every noise from every unit. There are no windows, just plastic blinds. Wonderful Rainfall will wake you up bc of hitting the leaves.
And WiFi is only 4.87 Mbps.
Good location in the North of Kauai with a lot of activities possible. But it’s difficult to find a parking if you are coming back after 8pm (and it’s not possible to park outside of the property). And the studio we had was really noisy: you really think you are leaving with people next door. They made the strange choice to put an open door between the room and the bathroom, really not convenient when you are going to the toilet…
