Facility and location is great, but they cheated us out of $500.
Cons:

We were charged for two nights when we only stayed one night. We spoke to the managers, to the staff and sent multiple messages to the reservations department through Booking.com and no one responded to us. We ended up spending over $1000 for a room that was only $500 for one night.

Fête du papa raté.
Pros:

L accueil aux heures tardives , exceptionnel. Merci à Pierre pour son sourire et le cocktail d accueil. Pour toutes les explications concernant notre séjours. En chambre parfait aux premiers abords. Juste une partie vraiment navrante 🫣
Un bel accueil au brunch , le repas en musique avec vue sur la mer , c'est la note positive à ce cours séjours.

Cons:

Dans les détails, j'ai été décue , par le contenu des draps. En les ouvrant , des miettes ou poussières et un corps étranger qui n a pas sa place . J'ai fait le ménage des draps et coussins à une heure tardive...et constat , je suis déçue car le prix de la chambre ne reflète pas du tout la publicité faite sur booking. Dans cet état d'esprit d'énervement , le jacuzzi a trôné sans qu'on l'utilise. La fête des pères n'a pas eu l'effet esconter. Dommage pour la surprise.😩😠 je vous passe les autres détails pour cette chambre particulièrement. Voir les photos .Elle parlent d'elles mêmes.

But on the whole, not a bad experience just not one I was prepared for.
Pros:

What went well. The suite was lovely, spacious and modern. The bathroom fantastic. The bed superb - firm yet yielding which is good for bad backs. But the seating was made for looks not comfort. But the main hotel was tired and weary, worn around the edges. The food at times could be good but at others downright awful. Choices in English were nothing like what was described and virtually no fresh vegetables. The breakfast buffet was good and thankfully you can order a la carte. The beach is what is known as "black sand" but was actually dark brown so it and the water just looked dirty. That did not stop many from enjoying it but not us. Fantastic massages but pricy. We actually left early since the food was not agreeing with us. But lovely people, friendly and good service. But the kitchen could not begin to keep us with even a half full dining room. Made me wonder if there have been layoffs and the kitchen is understaffed. And you do have to make reservations for lunch and dinner or you may find yourself disappointed. Since you have to take a taxi into town for alternate restaurants at about $24 USD, plus about 20 minutes journey, you are really sort of stuck if you don't like having to travel for dinner. There is a shuttle but it only leaves at specified times; one morning return and one afternoon return and you must make reservations well in advance if you want to be assured a ride.

Magical, peaceful, adventurous
Pros:

The room was amazing. We had a great room with an ocean view and a big palm tree just outside. The dream. Our room was almost like a studio. We adults had a separate bedroom (so appreciated) and the kids slept in the very spacious living room. Loved having a separate toilet for the kids. Truly amazing.

Cons:

The light in the bathroom and bedroom closet were not separate so if someone was sleeping in master bedroom and someone turned on the light in the bathroom it woke the person up.
Ugly rusty buildings as you entered but i think they are renovating those!

Perfect stay!
Pros:

We've stayed in the Signature Room and it was AMAZING! The room was perfect in any way! Clean, comfortable, spacious and with perfect view of the ocean. The staff is VERY welcoming, wonderful service and always with a smile. There is a free shuttle twice a day to the city center. The swimming pool is GREAT and the bar serves excellent drinks and cocktails. In short :a perfect stay!
