The Art Hotel & Resort

This is my first time staying here in The Art Hotel with my wife. The hotel reception is way to friendly and approachable. Everyone is assisting us from check in and check out. Though there is construction on going in the hotel but it doesn't much a problem as we are enjoying the facilities. The breakfast is tasty. Thankyou to my housekeeper who cleaned my room very neatly too bad I forgot her name and Miss Jelamae in the reception for the warm welcome all the time. Best service Very recommendable.

The hotel has a lovely lounge with a great atmosphere. The coffee and food were excellent, and special thanks to the barista Bandana for the professionalism and warm service....

The overall experience was wonderful, clean rooms and friendly staff. It had activities that covers all ranges of ages and interests. Hanane from the reception was very helpful, friendly and wonderful. She is professional and proactive. The food also amazing. I highly recommend.

The hotel is 4-star, not 5-star. The furniture is stained, there is a lot of dust because of the ventilation system, and the building is poorly insulated. During the first 3 days I caught a cold because of the air conditioning: the temperatures are very low both in the restaurants and in the hallways.
When there are weddings or other events, tourists are moved to other areas and no one has time for them. The food was the same day after day, from morning until evening, very spicy and cooked in an Indian style. Very few types of food (3 main courses and 3 types of side dishes).
The other restaurants were fully paid, not included in the all-inclusive package, and more expensive than in the city; if you were away on an excursion and missed lunch or dinner, you had nowhere to eat, as the pastry shops and the other restaurants were also paid. There was only one soup at lunch and dinner, very spicy, which children could not eat; the pasta was cold, having been cooked long before and placed in containers with a sauce on the side.
On the other hand, the staff was very kind. Special thanks to Marty and Velma from the restaurant!

The hotel had construction during our stay and it was quiet. However their hospitality was great and my son loved the kids club and pool
Once the renovation is completed, it will be a great place for families!

We stayed in this hotel 8 days. It was a great experience. The location, the food, the staff were excellent! We were very impressed when they invited us to the Choices restaurant to celebrate our national day with an impressive cake and cocktails.

+ very professional staff (big thanks to Shiva who helped us to rent a car)
+ hotel beach and surroundings
+ when I asked to have sth gluten&dairy free prepared especially for me (when I couldn't choose from the all inclusive dishes) it was not a problem
+ great location (close to the airport and Manama)
+ very nice lobby

- too low temperature in the hotel's common areas (lobby, restaurant, bathroom at the pool area)
- allergens' labels at the restaurant were not always correct (all inclusive)
- all the dishes contained dairy at most days - it would be reasonable to offer at least one dish each meal which is gluten&dairy&egg (most common food intolerances) free
- gluten-free bread on request was not of a good quality

We had an amazing stay at The Art Hotel, where everything was simply perfect. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and smiles, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The service throughout our stay was outstanding, with great attention to every detail.

The food was absolutely delicious — a rich variety of international and local dishes, all fresh and beautifully presented. The private beach is clean, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxation. The beach bar has a fantastic atmosphere with great music, excellent cocktails, and a true holiday vibe.

A place where elegance meets genuine Middle Eastern hospitality. I would definitely return and highly recommend The Art Hotel & Resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and refined experience in Bahrain.

We went to the Art hotel with an open mind and whilst there were good things about it, sadly there were too many negatives to make us want to return.

The inflatable water park was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel for the kids but it was closed and had been for over a month with no date as to when it will be fixed.

The club lounge does not allow kids in past 6pm. Not an issue. However due to an event in the hotel they were closing the kids club at 5:30 each day which meant the kids could not go there whilst parents went to the lounge to use the benefits we had paid extra for. The hotel were kind enough to allow us to take away from the lounge but it’s not the experience you pay extra for.

There is a new development going in on the plot next door and construction started this week - given the size of the plot it will be a while before it is complete so whilst it wasn’t an issue for us, it may well be for future guests.

Other reviews regarding musty smells in the room or poor sound proofing are not wrong. The air con does not make the smell go away and the hotel is very noisy, try not to get a room with a connecting door or stay when there is an outdoor party!

I am travelling from Germany and I had a long hours travel I am so very tired, before I came to the hotel I was not in a mood, however when I arrived in the hotel my mood was change, the staff when i arrived was very welcoming sharing her smile to me the Filipina in reception Jelamae and the bellboy who assist me Muzamil. The food in rosso is tasty too! facilities and all staff were very good1 Next time I would like to come back here with my family.

I had a wonderful stay at the art hotel. The staff in reception Jelamae was incredibly professional and attentive, not just her but all staff in hotel, ensuring my experience was seamless from check in to check out. Their exceptional service truly set this hotel apart. Highly recommend!!!

Very modern hotel and such a beautiful design. The room was absolutely great and an awesome view. The amenities they provide makes staying here great.

Great choice for family weekend escape, definitely we will come back, I really appreciate all stuff members especially Ms. Merin from front desk for her highly professional and friendly assistant, highly recommend The Art for family who are seeking quit and joyful family time.

Tareq was the attendant in the VIP lounge and did an outstanding job. Excellent experience! We would certainly come to the ART again.
