Very modern hotel and such a beautiful design. The room was absolutely great and an awesome view. The amenities they provide makes staying here great.

Great choice for family weekend escape, definitely we will come back, I really appreciate all stuff members especially Ms. Merin from front desk for her highly professional and friendly assistant, highly recommend The Art for family who are seeking quit and joyful family time.

Tareq was the attendant in the VIP lounge and did an outstanding job. Excellent experience! We would certainly come to the ART again.

My in laws came over for a short vacation last June 13 and the Art Hotel was first in our mind for them to experience wonderful weekend. Why? Because we've been their customers for many years now! Their customer service has been very consistent and their amenities is constantly improving. The waterpark for the kids is amazing plus their lifeguards who made the surrounding feel safe for our kids. The rooms has always been in pristine condition and their food options are also available.

Thank you the Art Hotel for giving our family wonderful memories over a weekend. We cant stop talking about it even after coming home! I'd like to special mention Ms Grace, she's been very accommodating and helpful to us. Just a short trivia about her (not a few years ago )we were also a guest there and our little daughter had an accident in the toilet at night. She had a slight cut on her feet. Upon calling the reception, i remember it clearly that it was Ms Grace who responded immediately. She came to our room and provided first aid to our child. She called us after few hours just to check and did the same thing the following day. That was a 5 star customer experience! From then on we will always look for her every time we wanted to do a booking and also whenever we'll be at the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit Bahrain, and even those who are already here. See you soon.

My family arrived for a short visit in Bahrain and we immediately thought of check in to Art Hotel last June 13, 2025 for a short stay only. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience for everyone! I had no regrets for choosing this hotel as weekend gateway. The hotel booking was smooth. I spoke to Ms Grace and she helped me over the phone with regards to my request of arranging connecting rooms plus an extra room when my sister flew in to join us at the last minute. Ms Grace got us rooms that's located on the 1st floor and just nearby the elevator area. What a "sweet gesture" for my mom and auntie! they are both advanced in age and having hard time walking. they like it the rooms was easily accessible.

My children was thrilled that we were able use the swimming facilities early while we are waiting for our check in time (3 pm). We arrived past 11 in the morning. Actually 2 of the rooms was already prepared ahead and they let us check in early. Before the rest of the family arrived, the 3rd room was ready for them.

Our kids enjoyed the family swimming pool area, the waterpark and the beach. While the adults enjoyed the vibe on the private beach and pool party on that day! There's a variety of options when you get hungry, there's snack area by the pool or beach. An italian restaurant next to the pool and coffee area in the hotel lobby. You can order food from your room too, as they offer room service! The prices is very reasonable. Given the convenience it provides.

As of the cleanliness of the rooms, its very clean! The beds and pillows are so soft, it felt like a marshmallow! we had a good sleep immediately after a tiring day. The room service provided us drinking water and any extra toiletries, whenever we request for it.

Their breakfast buffet had a lot of option too for everybody! We actually enjoyed our family time when we sat there on the long table and their waiters were very accommodating in assisting us.

The hotel offers extra services for the kids, they have the Flippers club and outside play area. However my children already enjoyed the waterpark and they wont budge to explore it. They enjoyed the water slides endlessly. Their lifeguards are very professional and made sure the place is safe for everyone to enjoy.

The whole experience was wonderful for families. My sister who flew in from UK mentioned to me the place The Art Hotel is not just a plain hotel that provides regular service but a holiday experience!!

Thanks Ms Grace and your team for accommodating us. As always, your customer service has always been consistent for many years that you've been assisting us. you're truly a gem.

I stayed at The Art Hotel & Resort in Bahrain over the weekend and had a fantastic experience. I booked one of their spacious rooms, which was modern, exceptionally clean, and well-designed for comfort and relaxation.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was the amazing amenities — from the beautiful pool area to the well-equipped fitness center and relaxing spa, everything was top-notch.

This hotel truly offers a luxurious and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality getaway in Bahrain.

Very nice hotel, 5 stars hotel. Good money value, full board. Breakfast lunch and dinner was very nice and tasty, best food quality. Modern room design with very comfortable bed, everything was perfect, clean and nice.
Beach and pool area perfect for relaxing or if like some club music on the adult area.

I stayed at the Art hotel recently and while my initial stay was pleasant, I was disappointed when i requested a one-hour late check out and was denied due to the hotel supposedly being fully booked. However, out of curiosity i checked Booking.com and it showed rooms are still available. This lack of flexibility and the questionable reason given was disappointing.

During our stay at the Art Hotel (16th–23rd April), we were accommodated in Room 911, which exceeded expectations with its spaciousness, immaculate cleanliness (a big shout-out to the diligent housekeeping team) and a breathtaking view of the marina.

A Tranquil Escape with Limited Exploration:
While Bahrain may not boast an extensive array of attractions, this resort serves as a sanctuary for those seeking a serene escape. If your goals are to relax, indulge in delightful cuisine, and recharge, then the Art Hotel is a destination worth considering.

Unparalleled Staff Dedication:
The true gem of this resort lies in its people. The hardworking, attentive, and genuinely hospitable staff elevate the guest experience to exceptional heights. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Miren at check-in, who attentively noted our dietary restrictions (lactose intolerance and vegan requirements) and promptly informed the necessary departments. Grace, her manager, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort—even liaising with our travel agent multiple times to resolve a miscommunication about our airport transfer. Her dedication eased what could have been a stressful end to our holiday. Other standout staff members include Ruth, as well as another delightful Filipina receptionist who took our photos (but sadly I forgot her name) and the entire male reception team, who were equally accommodating.

Culinary Highlights and Challenges:
Dining at the hotel featured commendable and friendly service from the restaurant staff, particularly Rosalinda, Julie, Estefania (Choices restaurant) and Pradeesh (Flames & Flavours restaurant) who regularly checked on us along with Monir, Fani, Citra and the friendly trainees. Chef Crisanto deserves special recognition for preparing custom hot meals at dinner time for my vegan husband, a gesture that elevated our dining experience. While lunch meals were a hit particularly the Mediterranean-inspired dishes, a notable miss was the Shakshuka—its deviation from traditional flavors left much to be desired. On the sweeter side, the pastry team, led by the talented dessert chef, catered to our dietary needs with mouthwatering dairy-free delights, such as banana and coconut cakes, puddings and an array of sorbets.
However, a disappointment was the snack bar at Wu Restaurant. Its limited and repetitive offerings left much to be desired, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. This area has room for improvement, perhaps by adopting the model of other resorts that provide a more extensive and inclusive snack menu.

Beverage Limitations and Barista
Creativity:
While on the All-Inclusive package, we appreciated the delightful lattes and hot chocolates crafted by Bishak and Shushma while we had breakfast and dinner at Choices restaurant. However, it was disheartening to find these beverages chargeable at the lounge café during the day, which felt restrictive for non-alcohol-drinking guests like ourselves, as we also didn’t drink soft drinks or juices (other than the freshly squeezed juice at breakfast) so we were limited to mostly drinking water on an All Inclusive package. Being able to have coffee and other hot beverages throughout the day as part of the All Inclusive would have been appreciated. Nonetheless, Bishak’s artistry and personalised latte designs added a touch of joy to our mornings and evenings.

Relaxation, Activities, and Ambiance:
The adults-only pool, bar, and beach areas were appreciated for providing a child-free environment, although the loud competing music from various areas detracted from the tranquility. The lack of a peaceful, quiet zone for relaxation was a notable drawback.
The resort offers enjoyable activities like yoga and Zumba; however, the spin classes prioritised club members over guests, and there was limited inclusion for men in the fitness programs. Mixed-gender options would enhance the accessibility and appeal for international guests in addition to their women only classes.

Spa Experience:
While the spa provided an excellent couples massage, the pricing felt steep even with a 20% discount. For more affordable options, we opted for the Argan Day Spa at The Lagoon across the road which offered competitive rates for equally high-quality treatments. Which resulted in us having 3 couples massages here, as opposed to the 1 couples massage we had at the resort spa.

Memories Made by Genuine Hospitality:
From the cheerful lifeguard Shafi, who ensured every guest felt at home, to the helpful bellboy Malik, the dedication of the entire team (restaurant, reception, cafe and housekeeping) made our stay unforgettable. Despite minor drawbacks, the exceptional service and cleanliness of the Art Hotel create a lasting impression.

If you seek a tranquil getaway with impeccable service, well-maintained facilities, and a team that genuinely cares, the Art Hotel Manama is a destination to consider. With a few adjustments to its snack offerings, beverage policies, and fitness inclusivity, this resort could elevate its guest experience to even greater heights.

I really wanted to enjoy my stay here, but it ended up being quite disappointing. From the moment I arrived, no one welcomed me or explained anything about the hotel — I had to figure it all out on my own. For a hotel with a 5-star rating, the service just didn’t live up to expectations.

Throughout my stay, it was hard to find anyone to help, and when I did, the staff didn’t seem very interested or approachable. At one point — not even at the end of my stay — someone very bluntly asked me for a tip. It felt awkward and unprofessional.

I was hoping for a much better experience, but sadly, I won’t be coming back.

Nice hotel but the family holiday was ruined by inconsiderate management. We were at the beach and the staff insisted in shutting all the sun umbrellas because of wind - even though they kept some up and those up for a family with a baby and it was barely moving - the wind was gentle. The sun was fierce however so we had to go into the room - from where the noise from a party all afternoon / evening and into the night was extremely loud. So the family holding was pretty miserable.

Shame because the facilities are great.

The resort is very poor in providing the housekeeping services at its time, we had to call and ask for cleaning every single day.. there were a loud noise and screaming from the next room at 3am and we called the hotel several times , the managers on duty but nothing were done.. until 9 am there were sexual sounds and we have kids .. we had to call the receptionist and ask for Melhim but he couldnt do anything.. unfortunately the worst and unforgettable stay we had and we dont recommend for any GCC families to choose for their vacation.. not suitable at all for our culture.. poor management

Just wanted to share my appreciation from my arrival until my departure. It's really my pleasure to stay here and I feel at home. My room is sea view spacious and clean. The food they are serving specially in choices and Rosso is delicious. The service and the staff here is 💯... Shukran to Hannann for assisting me and for giving chocolates to my kids and Majd for my luggage and Jela as well. All over in valet Sadeq very good service.

Want to appreciate first the welcome chocolate given by Hanna to my children when arriving in the lobby. The warm welcome of Reception and bellboys and valets. It's a good job! I felt at home here. We are so happy that they give us higher floor which a sea view. Very beautiful. The food in choices and Rosso was great. Its only not a nice timing because the weather is not nice however the kids still enjoy the beach and the pool. We stayed for a couple of days only and would love to come back on summer. On our check out we are thankful for Hanna for assistance and Jela and Majed for their fast service for our Luggages. Good service.

I was there yesterday 23rd of February, All I can say is the view of the hotel is really amazing, specially in the morning watching the sunrise. I love walking by the beach and the food here is really great! I appreciate the effort and hard work for the staff here, they gave me wonderful service whenever I asked something. Special mention to reception Miss Jela who is very friendly to me, she shared me the best of her smile and the rest of the reception team for accommodating my family with pleasure.

My family had a huge pleasure to stay at the Art Hotel and Resort for a week (24.01.2025 – 31.01.2025).
We’ve been impressed by it all from the first moment.
Outstanding cleanliness, colorful surroundings – hotel equipment and facilities.
Rooms were very comfortable, being cleaned every day and view at the bay was fantastic as well. Soundproof windows helped us to have a nice and quiet stay.
Top – class service at all restaurants (Choice, Flames), reception, bars, swimming – pool and on the beach.
Staff awesome friendly, open and always ready to help. We were really well – surprised to face that kind of service, because we have much experience at hotel and catering work and therefore we did appreciate that top – level hospitality.
We are able to feel the taste of that kind of job and understand pretty well how hard it could sometimes be.
Another advantage was the food.
Super fantastic and just delicious, always well spiced and tasty.
Fruits, cakes, different kind of meat. There was always a huge choice for everybody. That would be a crime to say: I have nothing to eat.
We really do have lots of nice memories of freshly squeezed fruit juices in the morning – plenty of combinatios and always a friendly cook ready to make them for us.
My deep apologies I don’t remember more names, but to those I could notice and remember, I’d like to say huge: THANK YOU. You all, guys, made our days!
