excelente todo,

Cons:

bueno, el almuerzo fue continental, no pregunte y era almuerzo continental , eesperaba que fuera tipo buffet incluido y completo estaria maravilloso, estuvimos alojados en City Express en Irapuarto, y era desayuno buffet, el cuarto no lo limpiaron el segundo dia.

The from desk staff were really kind and helpfull, housekeeping not to much

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was very disappointing.

My wife and I were staying at the hotel during an important trip, so privacy and rest were especially important for us. About an hour after we checked in, a male housekeeping staff member opened the door and entered our room while we were inside. My wife was partially undressed and resting at the time, and I had to immediately get up and stop him from coming further into the room. This was a very uncomfortable and unacceptable situation.

The following day we had arranged a late checkout at 1:00 PM. However, when we returned to the room around 12:00 PM after our appointment, housekeeping had already entered again, removed the sheets, and started clearing the room even though our checkout time had not yet passed.

These incidents made what was already a stressful trip much more unpleasant. I hope the hotel can review its procedures regarding room entry and respect for guests' privacy to prevent situations like this from happening to others.
