Hotel cómodo en Monterrey para estancias cortas
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien, cumple su función para estancias cortas. El personal es muy amble y dispuesto en todo momento.

Cons:

El desayuno es lamentablemente malo. Los productos no son de buena calidad y no hay buen manejo de los alimentos (por ejemplo, las carnes frías y quesos destapados con moscas volando alrededor). El café es malo y el pan es de pésima calidad. Creo que la cadena Marriot podría ofrecer algo mejor.

La ubicación me quedo perfecta por la zona de trabajo a la que me toco asistir en esta ocasión. El desayuno estuvo bien pero no lo utilice en todos los días de mi estadía. Esta muy bien ubicado el hotel ya que tiene muchas tiendas cerca y me sentía segura por eso ya que hay mucho movimiento de gente y en general esta tranquilo.

Cons:

Tuve un problema en recepción, en sí lo que no me encanto fue que no tenían personal suficiente ya que habían muchas personas con temas a resolver y se tardaron mucho en atenderme y ya era de noche. Al momento de llegar a mi problema se resolvió rápido.

The elevator, the limited direction by staff and confusing timing about breakfast etc. check in was very confusing, I had to ask for everything. Like WiFi, breakfast location, time etc.
