Pros:

The connection to the mall is awesome. The staff was awesome, along with the room service.

Cons:

The comforter on the beds could be thicker rather than a summer spread. Take note from the Henann Garden Resort comforter. The mattress could be a bit softer as well. They should not offer breakfast in the basement of the hotel with minimal food.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately very disappointing due to multiple issues that affected comfort, safety, and overall experience.
First, the initial room had a defective air conditioner. The airflow was weak and the cooling was far below what you would expect from a hotel. Maintenance attempted to fix it, but the issue was not resolved.
Second, the room safe was also not working and would not lock. Maintenance was unable to repair it on the spot and had to replace the entire unit.
Because of these issues, I requested to be transferred to another room. While the second room’s air conditioning was slightly better, it still did not provide proper hotel-level cooling and remained underwhelming.

Another serious concern was the door lock in the second room. It did not properly lock when leaving the room, which is a major security issue. Maintenance took several minutes to fix it. Fortunately, I make it a habit to double-check the door before leaving.

Lastly, both my companion and I experienced severe itchiness from the bedding. We are unsure whether this was caused by mites or possibly the laundry detergent used, but the discomfort has persisted even after our stay.

These are honest experiences shared in the hope that management will address these issues and improve the quality and safety of their rooms.

Locatie heeft directe ingang naar winkelcentrum. Je kon er verloren tijd best kwijt en had de keuze uit de verschillende restaurants om aan je behoefte te voldoen

Convenient location with spacious rooms, great value, and welcoming staff! Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel corridor can feel a bit warm since it’s not air-conditioned, especially once you step out of the room.
Would be good to have a smart TV in the room, too.

Im in the middle

I like the hotel. The room was spacious, there is a ceiling shower, the staff was nice. They clean the room everyday(optional) just press the button before you leave for the day. Do not disturb or clean my room.

Cons:

They are trying like receptionless, techniek like japan. Self check in. But they are there 24/7.
Reception don't realize. You're checking in on the lobby. You give them everything they need. And after they put you infront of a monitor so you can do there half job for them. What a pleasant welcome. The parking is free. But there is a down side. You always have to validate your f--- ing. Parking ticket on the reception. Everytime you go out. You have to tell them your plate nr. Your room nr. Everytime. There was a day I go out for 3x. My saliva is running out on that day. Anyway is free(but why do i have to work when its free). The breakfast buffet. 500php. Dont do it please. Its not worth your money. Its like that they just send somebody there to cook against there free will.

Delayed check-in and smelly room

The check-in time was 2pm, but when we arrived at 2.45pm the rooms were not ready. We got checked-in past 3pm. We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms smells like sewage. They put a humidifier but it didn't help. They did not even offered us to move to a different room, we have to request for it. This is poor service.
