Convenient location with spacious rooms, great value, and welcoming staff! Highly recommended!

Cons:

The hotel corridor can feel a bit warm since it’s not air-conditioned, especially once you step out of the room.
Would be good to have a smart TV in the room, too.

Im in the middle

I like the hotel. The room was spacious, there is a ceiling shower, the staff was nice. They clean the room everyday(optional) just press the button before you leave for the day. Do not disturb or clean my room.

Cons:

They are trying like receptionless, techniek like japan. Self check in. But they are there 24/7.
Reception don't realize. You're checking in on the lobby. You give them everything they need. And after they put you infront of a monitor so you can do there half job for them. What a pleasant welcome. The parking is free. But there is a down side. You always have to validate your f--- ing. Parking ticket on the reception. Everytime you go out. You have to tell them your plate nr. Your room nr. Everytime. There was a day I go out for 3x. My saliva is running out on that day. Anyway is free(but why do i have to work when its free). The breakfast buffet. 500php. Dont do it please. Its not worth your money. Its like that they just send somebody there to cook against there free will.

Delayed check-in and smelly room

The check-in time was 2pm, but when we arrived at 2.45pm the rooms were not ready. We got checked-in past 3pm. We booked 2 rooms and 1 of the rooms smells like sewage. They put a humidifier but it didn't help. They did not even offered us to move to a different room, we have to request for it. This is poor service.

The only thing i like about the stay is the proximity to my sister's place and the mall.

Cons:

The room has a musty odor,the floor tiles all over are chipped if not displaced. The shower doesnt have hot water, the sink faucet rusty . It needs remodelling

Pros:

Location inside shopping mall

Cons:

Poor maintenance of room and equipment. Terrible odor in the bath room and stained wall in the shower room . Mold was everywhere. Slow WIFI sometimes disconnects. Air con is uncontrollable and fan is too strong with huge noise. No supply of coffee cup or amenities such as toothbrush. Huge noise in the hotel corridor by cleaning staff. Picture taking was going on from early morning with big voice and shouts. Room wall is thin and huge noise from next room and corridor. Had to wait for check in more than two hours due to slow cleaning up of the room. Staff education is too easy and it shows the terrible results. Have commented same before many times but nothing improved. They probably didn’t take our comments serious as it is easy business to take advantage of convenient location inside mall.

設備の管理がひどい。バスルームの下水からの臭いがひどい。シャワールームの壁がカビだらけ。エアコンの風量が強すぎて、調整もできない。コーヒーカップ、歯ブラシ置いてない。WIFI遅い、時々切れる。朝の清掃の音が大きく、スタッフも大声出している。エレベーターホールで写真撮影していて、大声出していた。チェックインの時に、まだ用意できていなくて2時間以上待たされた。以前も何回も同じ問題を指摘しているが、まったく改善していない。

The bathroom is not clean, and the shower is broken. The shower area needs to be thoroughly cleaned, the grout should be replaced as it has already turned black, and there is visible mold that must be removed.
