Kustur Club Holiday Village

The food is cold and not very good. The rooms are run down and full of mosquitoes. The staff are unpleasant, and overall, the hotel is very poor and neglected. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Don’t come to this hotel they’re I’ll take your money and not give good service.

Great hotel with lovely staff. Food very good with loads of choice. Nice easy beach with sunbeds and beach bar. Dolmus into Kusadasi was very good and cheap. All in all very good value holiday. Only downside was constant digging and drilling noise from mountain side behind the hotel where there was roadworks. Not hotel's fault obviously.

First time we come thıs hotel ı thınk it was because of the end of the season the food was bad and the bar servıce was poor.it is a hotel ı would not come back .

i came here in july and i have to say they have the best entertainment and animation team ever!
i looked forward to zumba everyday as it was an insight into the evening shows!
the shows every evening were incredible - so much talent!
the food was great and the pools are lovely, i will be returning.

Not very impressed with some of the staff not even attempting to understand what you are asking for saying they don’t understand you, there was quite a few English people there so it wasn’t like we was the only ones.
The rooms was clean and plenty of storage space, the breakfast was okay but the evening meal wasn’t a good selection.

Has been a great experience the full time always warm, plenty of things to do in resort. The entertainment team do a great job in making your days more enjoyable and bringing everyone together! (honorable mention to Howie from the entertainment!).

Got the arcade, shows at night which are great at putting a smile on your face. Would definitely not regret it ❤️❤️❤️

I stayed at this hotel over the summer and had such a wonderful experience. Everything was great, but what really stood out to me was the entertainment. The variety of shows each evening was fantastic – there was always something new and exciting to watch. The energy and effort put into the performances made my stay truly unforgettable. It really added something special to the holiday, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for both relaxation and great entertainment.

We were very pleased with our stay at the Kustur Club Holiday Village hotel in Kusadasi. The complex is beautifully maintained, with lots of greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious - there is something for every taste. The beach is clean and tidy, and the animation is fun for young and old. Every night there are different shows that are a must-see. A wonderful place for a family vacation - we would definitely come back again!

Our stay at Kuştur Hotel truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a friendly and professional team. The warm and efficient reception gave us the first sign that our holiday was going to be wonderful.The hotel’s location is absolutely stunning — surrounded by nature yet right on the seafront, which is a huge advantage. The wide beach area and its cleanliness were especially impressive. We never had trouble finding sunbeds, the sea was crystal clear, and it felt very safe for families with children.The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable. They were cleaned daily with great attention to detail, and nothing was ever missing. Watching the sunset from our balcony was one of the most memorable highlights of our stay.
The food was truly delicious and varied. The open buffet offered options for every taste. We particularly enjoyed the dessert section and the fresh seafood. The restaurant staff deserve special thanks for their attentiveness and quick service.The animation team and daily activities were also fantastic. We never had a dull moment — whether we joined sports activities or just relaxed by the pool. The evening shows felt like professional performances and were a great way to end the day.Overall, Kuştur Hotel is a place that perfectly balances relaxation and entertainment, with every detail carefully thought out. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. i thoroughy enjoyed my stay at this hotel - the entertainment was incredible. i especially liked the dance “born to be” show and it was lovely to be able to get to know the dancers throughout the day. zumba with zoe made my holiday exceptional. i will return:)

Back in June, I had an amazing stay at Kustur Club Holiday Village and honestly can’t recommend it enough! The hotel itself is lovely – great food, beautiful surroundings, and such a nice atmosphere.

But the absolute highlight for me was the entertainment team. They put in so much effort every single day to keep everyone happy and having fun, from games and activities during the day to the brilliant shows at night. I want to give a special mention to Zoe – she’s full of energy, always so friendly, and an incredible dancer in the evening shows. She really stood out and made the whole holiday even more enjoyable.

We arrived after been travelling since 6am so really tired, arrived at 8.30pm then on arrival we were asked to produce our voucher, we had never received a voucher or any correspondence regarding a voucher. The chap on reception, who spoke very little English, was very pleasant but we were going back and forth trying to understand what the voucher was for. The guy could find us on the system but still said we needed a voucher, in the end he said we must come back and speak to reception and see our TUI rep tomorrow morning, it took for ages and by which point we missed dinner and were offered a cheese sandwich instead - really not the greatest of starts or welcome we’d been expecting. The key didn’t work either. There was a quick show of the map and that was it. The room was lovely, clean and big but very noisy as we near to the amphitheater. The next morning off we went to see the TUI rep and apparently there was never a voucher needed and it was because the chap couldn’t find us on the system - rubbish he had all our details. The rep didn’t give any hotel information just tried to sell us the trips - we’d have much rather the hotel times, where to get what and all the amenities the hotel had to offer! The hotel is lovely, it is very clean and well cared for, the food is great and something for everyone, we went in September and there were some queues and very few tables at 7.30 - 8 so I couldn’t imagine what it would be like in the height of summer. The pools were gorgeous and always spotlessly clean, plenty of beds all day. We did the a la carte Italian in the restaurant overlooking the sea and it was beautiful- very windy so top tip in September take a cardi and a hair bobble to tie hair back. Very easy to get to Kusadasi which was €7 in a taxi and less than 10 mins away - we tried the Dolmus bus but never again we were squeezed in and it’s very hilly to get to town so we’re getting thrown all over - I’d much rather a taxi! There are very few English, lots from Poland, Germany and Belgium. The entertainment team are fabulous and honestly a real asset to this hotel, the balance was just right and we loved the aqua aerobics twice a day! All in all a lovely holiday just wish the little hiccup at the start didnt happen.

Great trip. Everyone was friendly. Food was good. Room was nice, big and quiet. Pool was fun, and there were shows every night which were really fun and engaging.

The food was delicious and there was a great variety every day. We could always find something fresh and tasty to enjoy, from local dishes to international options. The restaurant staff were attentive and made sure everything was well-organized.

The cleanliness of the entire resort was impressive. Our room was cleaned regularly, the common areas were spotless, and everything felt well-maintained. This really added to the overall comfort of our stay.

We had a smooth and relaxing holiday with no problems at all. The staff were always smiling and ready to help whenever we needed anything. Kuştur Holiday Club is definitely a place we would love to come back to, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. staff was the best

It was really great here. We liked the food, we liked the pools, the beach. The best were the entertainment team. They are providing great vibes for everyone during the days and during the nights. Let’s the kids inside everyone show themselves. And the best was of course Hawi!

Our room was clean and tidy, the staff were really nice. The food is great and a lot. You have so many choice! The best of everything is the entertainment team. They made our stay unforgettable! Thank you!

The food is very good, and so is the pool. I enjoyed playing darts thanks to the entertainment team. The showtime is nice.
