The most worst disgusting hotel you can book in Fatih Istanbul. There are so many other hotels right beside this one that are 10x better/cleaner and the same price. There was mould everywhere. The shower had no doors so the entire washroom would get flooded when showering and the washroom door would not close so it was wide open the entire time. The stove did not work we told the owner, he came and yelled in our face making it seem like it was our fault, he slammed the door and left saying “you can stay inside tonight dont eat” The AC was dripping so the entire bed got wet. There was piles of dust and dirt in every corner we felt so sick after our stay. The owner was very very rude and unprofessional he would not even bring us toilet paper when we asked him multiple times. Absolutely would not stay here even if you payed me. PLEASE do not book this hotel save your money, time and HEALTH.

Posizione buona, abbastanza vicino alle principali attrazioni, alcune raggiungibili con una camminata di circa 15 minuti oppure con i mezzi pubblici. Situato in un quartiere vivace, tranquillo e pieno di locali dove mangiare o sorseggiare un drink. La struttura purtroppo non è curata ne in buone condizioni. La colazione è nella media della Turchia in quanto a varietà: formaggi uova, salumi, marmellata, cioccolata, tè e caffè. Viene servita sulla terrazza da cui si gide una bella vista sulla città. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Offrono a pagamento il transfert per l'aereoporto a cifra accettabile. Le camere non vengono pulite durante la permanenza. Le camere sono situate su più piani ma non c'è l'ascensore per cui sconsiglio a chi ha problemi di mobilità. Per il prezzo pagato rispetto alla media di Istanbul è accettabile!

Hôtel très bien situé à côté de la place Sulthanamet et du grand bazar. Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. Malheureusement, l’équipement des chambres est vieillot. Le pire c’est la terrasse où l’on prend le petit déjeuner, pièce très vétuste avec des traces d’humidité et de moisissures au plafond. De plus le petit déjeuner est minimaliste servi avec du café soluble.

piu sporco e schifo locale mai visito in 8 giorni mai pulizia in camera se anche quando siamo intrati era cosi sporca di come non stata mai aperta da ani cuela camera era 5 piano senza asansiore nientie cambio lenzole ma ne anche mai hano cambiati asciugamani collazione quasi niente era pomidoro cetrioli buro marmellata e pane e puoi non simila mai come su le foto dal vostro sito ,albergo non merita ne anche il 0 darei -10 il puntegio

Jó helyen az óvárosban. Nem messze a tömegközlekedéshez villamoshoz. Minden kérésünket teljesítették. Jó bőséges reggeli. Általánosan közepes tisztaság Sajnos a török szállodákban nem várunk sokkal többet. Ár érték arányban nagyon jó.

The staff is very good but all other things are very poor😕

If you want just the bed, shower and basic breakfast, this is just for you.

I wont recommended that hotel for that price £30 ,its dirty,no lift i was on 5th floor,breakfast is rubbish ,couple of days no cheese and when we asked they get upset ,bedsheet was dirty,Area is scary ,noisy ,didnt like it at all,unfortunately i book 7 days with no refund

The receptionist gave us room in 5th floor. No lift ok no problem. But no any light in the 5th floor. Worst smell ever everywhere and room was uncleaned and dirty. The smell of worse of its kind coming from somewhere of its kind in the room, so we decided to go down and ask for to change our room. But 5th floor totaly dark and unsafe small round stairs, my daughter started crying and scared. Anyway with our mobile flash light, some how we went downstairs from 5th floor and explained everything to receptionist, but his arrogant on top and in short refused to give us any other room and asked us to cancel the reservation if we want. We were tired and cannot stay in this hotel so luckily found a hotel room at nearby hotel Sun Comfort Hotel for only one night at whooping €45 euro at 3am late night. No sleep, tired, exhausted. Then later book another reservation at turvan Hotel for remaining 4 nights itinerary number xxx. I don't understand why expedia give holiday packages to this kind of worse hotel instanbul Sydney hotel. Today is our 2nd day, we still couldn't recover from this experience and still tired exhausted, frustrated and ruined our holidays

Camera caldissima, hotel che rispecchia gli standard turchi, colazione sufficiente sia dolce che salata. Per qualche giorno va benissimo

The hotel has no elevator and my room on the 5th but the most inconvenience the sound-proofing, you could hear everything. The breakfast has no taste.

L'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur, il est très mal insonorisé et le petit déjeuner est sommaire.

Die schlimmste Buchung meines Lebens. Die von Expedia haben dieses Hotel bestimmt nicht einmal angeschaut. Ich werde mich beschweren da ich ein hotel mit Parkplatz gesucht und gebucht habe. Die hatte aber keine. Es war einfach nur die Hölle. Noch nie habe ich soviel für sowenig ausgegeben. Ein Zelt wäre angenehmer gewesen.

Very old, unhygienic with old rooms and mattresses & bed bugs. When we complained about the bed bugs, the manager was not helpful and argued that we could have brought them in. He wasn’t remorseful at the fact we were itching all night & needed a new room. Very disappointed with the service. Do not recommend staying here at all! Even if it was free!!
