ΑΘΛΙΑ , με το ζόρι μείναμε την πρώτη νύχτα! Την επόμενη βρήκαμε άλλο κατάλυμα και αποχωρήσαμε από αυτή την τρώγλη!

Το ξενοδοχείο ο θεός να το κάνει δηλαδή ήταν μαύρο χάλι

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μας στο Instabul Sydney Hotel στην Κωνσταντινούπολη ήταν απογοητευτική και σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ανταποκρίνεται σε κατάλυμα που φιλοξενεί επισκέπτες. Την κράτηση την είχαμε κάνει μέσω booking με αρ. κράτησης 6744848392.
Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια απ τις χειρότερες περιοχής της Κωνσταντινούπολης , πολύ βρωμια και κακώς κόσμος!!
Από την πρώτη στιγμή που μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο, ήρθαμε αντιμέτωποι με ακραία βρωμιά και πλήρη έλλειψη καθαριότητας. Το δωμάτιο μύριζε έντονα μούχλα, σε σημείο που γινόταν δύσκολη η παραμονή μας. Τα έπιπλα ήταν παλιά, φθαρμένα και εμφανώς ακάθαρτα, με λεκέδες και εικόνα εγκατάλειψης.
Το μπάνιο βρισκόταν σε άθλια κατάσταση, με υγρασία, βρωμιά και γενική εικόνα που δεν πληροί ούτε τις βασικές προϋποθέσεις υγιεινής. Ήταν ξεκάθαρο ότι δεν είχε καθαριστεί για μεγάλο χρονικό διάστημα.
Όσον αφορά τη θέρμανση, δεν υπήρχε καμία άλλη μορφή θέρμανσης πέραν του κλιματιστικού. Με τις χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες που επικρατούν αυτή την περίοδο, η θέρμανση είναι απολύτως απαραίτητη, όμως η μοναδική “λύση” ήταν ένα χαλασμένο και εξαιρετικά βρώμικο κλιματιστικό, με τη συσσωρευμένη σκόνη να φαίνεται από απόσταση, προκαλώντας ανησυχία ακόμα και για την υγεία μας. Επιπλέον δεν υπήρχε ζεστό νερό .
Το κατάλυμα διαφημίζει ότι προσφέρει και πρωινό, το οποίο όμως μόνο πρωινό δεν μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί. Ο χώρος του πρωινού βρίσκεται στον 6ο όροφο, ενώ στο κτήριο δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ, γεγονός ιδιαίτερα προβληματικό.
Ο χώρος του φαγητού δεν πληροί καμία απολύτως προϋπόθεση υγιεινής: οροφή από τσίγκους, εκτεθειμένα σίδερα, γενική εικόνα πρόχειρη και εγκαταλελειμμένη. Επιλογές φαγητού σχεδόν ανύπαρκτες. Το “πρωινό” περιλάμβανε μόνο μερικές μαρμελάδες, πραλίνα φουντουκιού, ψωμί, 2 ολόκληρα αυγά, λίγες φέτες αλλαντικών και ελιές. Σε αυτό το επίπεδο, μιλάμε απλώς για ελάχιστα τρόφιμα και όχι για πρωινό ξενοδοχείου.
Ζητήσαμε ακόμα και νερό και μας απάντησαν ότι δεν υπήρχε ούτε νερό να μας προσφέρουν.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and always available to help. Loca was very friendly and helpful, he would have everything ready in the morning for breakfast, he would sit and chat about all the local sights to see and conversation was good. Younus was very helpful when we needed to locate the iron 😆 They can organise your pick up and drop off at the airport, its a lot cheaper than getting a taxi yourself.

Cons:

There was no lift in the building and it is not advertised on their website either.

Basic, dirty, noisy, and unsuitable for sleeping; amenities are misrepresented.

1. It was near the sea.
2. Its roof, windows and doors was from wood.

1. The room was not soundproof; street noise from cars, motorcycles, and people was clearly audible.
2. Room service failed to restock toilet paper and soup, and the receptionist argued when I requested them.
3. There was a cockroach in the room.
4. The room was only about 24 m², not the advertised 48 m². I specifically booked it for its size, making this a blatant misrepresentation.
5. Cleanliness was appalling.
6. The following advertised amenities were missing: microwave, cleaning products, dishwasher, oven, toaster, safe box, outdoor dining area, air purifiers, iron & ironing facilities.
7. The photos are outdated, showing the building and amenities in much better condition than they currently are.
8. The breakfast area is on the 6th floor and accessible only by steep, dangerous stairs.

😊😊The staff is polite, very good manners and decent, the place is clean and good, the price is acceptable, everything is good, just some small things that need service. I recommend this hotel. Near shopping places and restaurants, the supermarket is under the hotel with very cheap prices, everything is close, only transportation and the train are ten minutes away by foot
