Although we were disappointed in a few things, we’ll stay again cuz the price & location were great.
Pros:

The location was great. Really quiet, really cute complex. With a little update it’d be great. We will stay again.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room smelled so bad! The main room spelled like mold, we had to buy some incense for our stay, the bathroom smelled like sewer. NO CLOSET! And although it had a kitchen it was just for looks, the sink was not plumbed & the stove was not hooked up, the unit was literally just there not functioning. A microwave would have a least been nice.

Cons:

We stayed twice during our visit in Mexico - the first room was subpar, the 2nd stay was much better. Still, the flooring outside the room was broken, and we tripped occasionally getting into the room. Not the staff's fault - though the hotel could use a bit of a revamp

The staff were very friendly - and as helpful as they could be.

Cons:

We booked during peak season - which resulted in us getting a room which potentially is typically not offered or available to guests. The beds were mattresses on concrete slabs, the bathroom smelled of septic / sewage, and the aircon did not work.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Close to the marina. But far enough away from the noise. And the staff were great. So much so that we cancelled our other reservation in Cabo and rebooked for another 5 days.
