Not really 5 star
Pros:

Not sure how this hotel can get a 5 star rating, hardly any staff and the room is tiny and not well maintained. Only thing 5 star were the towels.

Stedet er ikke for gangbesværede
Cons:

Beskeden sortiment ved Morgenbordet, og meget små borde.
Flisebelægningen hen til Annekset var meget ujævne, Belysningen til Annekset var dårligt ikke for ældre gangbesværende,
Annekset manglede Elevator.

Relaxing holiday spot by the seaside
Pros:

Beautiful building close to the sea and a lovely golf course. It’s a very quiet and relaxing environment. The staff were kind and always helpful. Our room was a bit small but still comfortable. The food at the hotel and at the golf course both were fantastic.

Cons:

The hotel rooms need updating but they have already started doing it and I am sure they will do a great job. Otherwise we loved everything.

Cons:

En lugar de ofrecerme una habitación en el edificio que aparece en la foto de Booking (que es lo que yo pensaba), nos mandaron a un edificio a unos 50 metros. Desde luego, yo nunca hubiera pagado 208€ por una habitación en una casa, en medio del campo, que antiguamente debió ser parte de una granja.

Pros:

Mycket vackert läge mellan Köpenhamn och Helsingör. Vi hade Superior rum (belägna i annexet) med en praktisk underjordisk tunnel till slottet. Rummen var mycket fina, rymliga och välstädade med breda sköna sängar. Badrummen hade fräscha duschprodukter och fluffiga handdukar samt badrockar och tofflor.

Slottets restaurang var vackert inredd och maten var väldigt god, välkomponerad och vällagad. Trevlig, serviceinriktad och informativ serveringspersonal i restaurangen. Citronmarängpajen med hemlagad glass var fantastisk!

Cons:

Badrummet i ena rummet hade ett duschdraperi som inte gick hela vägen ner till golvet, detta gjorde att badrumsgolvet blev väldigt blött efter varje dusch (inklusive badrumsmattan). Frukosten var för dyr gentemot vad man fick (320 SEK/30€ per person).

Kontakten med receptionen innan bokningen var något rörig och vi fick olika uppgifter vid varje svar.
