Muy cómodo, la única está bien (toca caminar poco para estar en Calafate), buen desayuno y variado, personal DEMASIADO AMABLE

Bonita estancia en el Calafate
Pros:

Habitación y cama muy cómoda. El spa y el desayno está muy bien. Personal muy amable que te da todo tipo de recomendaciones para visitar la zona.

Cons:

Mi estancia fue en invierno y la temperatura de la habitación era demasiado alta y no sé podía regular de manera individual debido a qué estaba la calefacción centralizada.
Me toco que en las excursiones a los glaciares siempre me recogían en el hotel el primero entre todos los hoteles de la ciudad y luego eran el último al que devolvían tras la excursión.

Great overall experience with delicious breakfast, a beautiful hotel, and excellent service
Pros:

Delicious breakfast, a spacious room, and exceptionally polite and helpful staff—the hotel is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The spa is lovely, featuring a dry sauna and a hot tub, and there’s free parking right by the entrance. They also kindly lent us wine glasses from the restaurant so we could enjoy a special bottle we brought.

Cons:

There was no drinking water available through dispensers (which we found to be common in other hotels in the region), the shower pressure was extremely strong, and it was hard to tell whether the bathroom was actually old or just designed to look that way.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, buenísimo el desayuno. Las instalaciones muy comodas y la limpieza perfecta. Las fotos corresponden al servicio que se presta.

Cons:

En mi habitación se escuchaban los pasos de los pasajeros del piso superior.

Pros:

- Buena ubicación, cerca del centro pero apartado y tranquilo. Aunque la entrada era de lastre, todos los taxis llegan sin problema.
- Tiene servicio de restaurante dentro del hotel.
- El equipo que trabaja es muy servicial.
- Las camas y almohadas A1.

Cons:

Nada.
Aunque podría tener algunos elementos además de jabón y shampoo en el baño. Alguna capa para el cabello por ejemplo.
