Great overall experience with delicious breakfast, a beautiful hotel, and excellent service
Pros:

Delicious breakfast, a spacious room, and exceptionally polite and helpful staff—the hotel is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The spa is lovely, featuring a dry sauna and a hot tub, and there’s free parking right by the entrance. They also kindly lent us wine glasses from the restaurant so we could enjoy a special bottle we brought.

Cons:

There was no drinking water available through dispensers (which we found to be common in other hotels in the region), the shower pressure was extremely strong, and it was hard to tell whether the bathroom was actually old or just designed to look that way.

Excelente servicio y ubicación
Pros:

Excelente ubicación, buenísimo el desayuno. Las instalaciones muy comodas y la limpieza perfecta. Las fotos corresponden al servicio que se presta.

Cons:

En mi habitación se escuchaban los pasos de los pasajeros del piso superior.

Pros:

- Buena ubicación, cerca del centro pero apartado y tranquilo. Aunque la entrada era de lastre, todos los taxis llegan sin problema.
- Tiene servicio de restaurante dentro del hotel.
- El equipo que trabaja es muy servicial.
- Las camas y almohadas A1.

Cons:

Nada.
Aunque podría tener algunos elementos además de jabón y shampoo en el baño. Alguna capa para el cabello por ejemplo.

Pros:

You cant beat the comfort and luxery for this price. Breakfast is amazing, best we had on our south america trip. Friendly staff. Arranged a taxi for us.

Jacuzzi in the spa was not very warm.

Muy confortable, tranquilo. Habitciones muy cómodas. Piscina relajante. Personal muy amable!

Cons:

Cenamos en el restaurant, justo el plato que solicitamos (sopa) no estaba muy rico o bien preparado. Sugerencia: ampliar la carta del restaurant.

Hotel muy recomendable en Calafate
Pros:

El Hotel está muy bien, está sobre un cerro pero muy cerca de todo a la vez. Está muy bien en general y se puede cenar ahí muy bien la verdad. El desayuno correcto. Y en general muy bien todo. El personal MUY amables.
