Pros:

Clean, comfortable, restaurant was good but not great, staff was friendly but with limited English.

Cons:

A little noisy from units above and to either side, location was outside of town, bit of a long walk to El Calafate central.

Comodidad y limpieza del lugar. Desayuno espectacular, no hay comparación respecto a esto.

Referente a las cosas que dejan en el frigobar de la habitación. Deberían avisar que te las cobraran, si es que te las consumes o llevas.

Bom custo x benefício e otima estrutura
Pros:

Hotel muito bom, ótima estrutura, quartos confortáveis, Funcionários são muito cordiais e dispostos a ajudar, café da manhã excelente. Hotel silencioso e em uma região tranquila. Fica a 15 minutos do centro caminhando e tem mercados a menos de 10 minutos.

Relax en calafate
Pros:

El hotel cuenta con muy buenos servicios y el desayuno esta super bien.
Las habitaciones son muy confortables y bien decoradas, se nota que los baños tenido alguna remodelación reciente, muy bien ejecutada.
Buen descanso y la zona super tranquila. Destaco tambien la piscina y el spa para relajarse despues de un día de actividades.

Cons:

El acceso al hotel podría ser mejor, si uno llega en vehículo. Los alrededores con el camino de ripio/piedras son bastante molestos para entrar y salir con el coche.

Temperature problem
Pros:

Room and bathroom were very spacious.
Bed was huge and comfortable.
Breakfast was great.
Ample parking space.

Cons:

It was EXTREMELY hot inside the room (I would guess 30 degrees Celsius) and you were not able to regulate the temperature on your own. I spent the whole night waking up because of the heat, opening the window for a while (I did not want to leave it open because it was just next to the main entrance) and repeating this procedure again and again.
The water of the swimming pool and the Jacuzzi was dirty.

Pros:

El hotel es espectacular, comodo, buen desayuno, buen bar y buen personal.

Cons:

Recomendaría solicitar las habitaciones en el piso de arriba. Nos asignaron una en el primer piso y por el piso de madera se escuchan toda la noche pasos y movimientos de las habitaciones de arriba.
