El elevador desde la plaza está muy sucio, alguien se debe hacer cargo, el hotel está en una plaza, entiendo que no es p

El estacionamiento es un problema, las tarjetas que utilizan para entrar y salir del estacionamiento están desgastadas por lo que no indica qué lado es el que debe de ir en la máquina para liberarla y poder salir del estacionamiento, no siempre hay personal en el estacionamiento para apoyarte cuando no funciona la tarjeta, el trámite de la tarjeta para salir del estacionamiento también es engorroso, la liberan cada día y debes de pasar a la máquina para validar de nuevo antes de salir, después regresar a tu vehículo para salir del estacionamiento, pero como lo indiqué antes la tarjeta está muy desgastada, no se sabe cuál es el lado el que debe de ir por la ranura de la máquina, el caso es que los tres días que estuve nunca funcionó, deben mejorar eso inmediatamente.

Not Happy with my Stay
Pros:

The staff were friendly.

Cons:

The mattresses on the beds were horrendous, they were very hard and it was extremely difficult to get sleep.
Also the Air Conditioner/ Heater did not work correctly thus at times it was very hot in the room and at other times during the night it was very cold. Trying to adjust the heater to a comfortable temperature was nearly impossible again making it difficult to get some sleep.
The shower took nearly 15 minutes to deliver hot water which is a tremendous waste of water waiting for the hot water to be available.
