Important information:

Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

If you're going to Galapagos - stay at Hotel Fiesta (Santa Cruz)
Pros:

Our first visit to the Galapagos Islands took us to Santa Cruz, where we chose the Hotel Fiesta as a base for numerous activities. The excellent reviews had inspired us to book – and we were not disappointed. We felt very welcome from the moment we arrived: the reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Even if you don't speak Spanish, you can easily communicate in English.
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was cleaned daily, and the fresh towels were lovingly folded into little animal shapes – a charming touch. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was excellent with hot water always available. The air conditioning was quiet and reliable.
A special bonus is the beautiful pool area with three whirlpools, which we made extensive use of after our excursions. Right next to it is a bar where you can enjoy delicious drinks; pool towels are provided free of charge, of course. The free luggage storage is also practical, which we used twice when we explored other islands for several days.
The breakfast was fine, and the staff were as courteous as ever. If you have to leave early to catch a ferry, you get a free breakfast pack to take with you—a great service! The hotel's location is ideal: it's only a five-minute walk to the harbor, yet you can enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle.
We would particularly like to highlight the warmth and support of Gabriel and Vanessa at the reception, who were always on hand to help us with any questions or minor concerns we had. If our travels take us back to this island paradise, the Hotel Fiesta will definitely be our first choice again.

Hôtel enchanté
Pros:

L’hôtel ne se trouve pas exactement en plein centre ce qui est idéal pour ne pas être entouré de bruit, surtout si on cherche à se reposer.
Même si je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’ai réservé sur la plateforme, je n’ai pas à me plaindre car j’ai eu une chambre éloignée du reste beaucoup plus tranquille.
L’entourage et la commodité font un plus aussi. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il y a eu une différence notable entre comment le monsieur de l’accueil m’a reçu et comment il a reçu a d’autres touristes étrangers derrière moi. Je ne sais pas si les politiques pour nationaux et internationaux sont différentes, peut être que oui et ça été donc ma faute ou peut être aurais-je dû faire mention que je viens d’Europe aussi?
Ce n’est pas une plainte car peu m’importe cela mais tout de même pour les futures touristes…

Pros:

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and you could get eggs cooked to order. The pool was warm with plenty of areas to lounge comfortably. The hot tub was very spacious. The location was wonderful with a short walk to the main road where the shops and restaurants were located as well as the dock area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

When the staff cleaned to room, they would open the blinds and the sun would shine in heating up the room. Would have preferred if they had just left them shut to help keep the room cooler. The air conditioner worked great but just had to wait for the room to cool down.
