Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Heerlijk verblijf, zeer vriendelijk personeel, kleinschalig wat wij erg fijn vinden. Prima ontbijt en heerlijk zwembad.
Beautiful hotel with a family room in a lovely setting. The pool with beautiful jacuzzi and bar/sun lounger area was fantastic.
Breakfast was buffet style with good choice.
The location was slightly out of the town centre (5 minute walk) but closer to the trail to Tortuga Bay.
All good, and the staff were all so helpful and friendly.
Would have been nice to have had a quieter area by the pool . . .away from very loud Americans!

The pool is beautiful and great for lounging. The location is walkable, but away from noise. Staff on site were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Price was excellent value for the accommodations.
We had issues with our room the first night - the water heater was exceptionally loud. The hotel moved us to a new room the next day

Wonderful breakfast buffet--lots of hot and cold choices, coffee, tea, juices, eggs, and breads. The pool area was amazing--plenty of lounge chairs, big pool, really nice hot tub and an outdoor bar--great to enjoy at the end of a hot day! The location was walkable to the main shopping and restaurant area. The staff was very helpful and friendly!
The bathroom in our room was a little outdated but I would still stay here again!

La ubicación es perfecta, alejado del paseo pero en cinco minutos o menos se llega.
Todo el personal súper amable, tuvimos un problema con booking, con el precio y con el cambio de 2 noches a tres, fueron ellos los que nos lo arreglaron y no booking.
