Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

We loved the location and the amenities. One thing, as many leaving early to catch ferries completely miss out on the full breakfast to see about opening that up so that is a possibility. Other than that it was the perfect!

Staff was great, arranging pick-up/return from airport was great, breakfast was great, the only daily problem was the bed. The mattress was not so great so each day awoke with sore back.

L’horari de l’esmorzar. Moltes de les excursions i les sortides cap a l’aeroport fa que tinguis que sortir abans de les 7 del mati hora que s’inicia l’esmorzar. Tot i que hi ha una opcio d’endur, no es el mateix
Great location near the harbour. The pool area was really nice!
The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was to die for. The location was just far enough from the beach and really near to Tortuga Beach. I would stay again in a heartbeat
It is only 3 star and after staying in other Ecuador hotels I think it should have more.
I would have liked it if the hotel served meals later in the day.
