Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

La ubicación era ideal, a 5 minutos a pie de calles principales. Todo el personal muy amable. Desayuno variado con opción de colación para llevar si debías salir antes del inicio del servicio
Podrían tener algun servicio básico de comidas durante el día (solo existe opción de pan jamón-queso), para poder disfrutar en el mismo hotel.
No se puede pagar directo en booking, envían enlace externo a la aplicación para realizar el pago para poder reservar.

Great location and nice facility! Loved the bar at the pool and breakfast had great variety. Staff were extremely professional and we felt safe during our stay.
The room was a little small and the toilet felt quite basic.

We loved the location and the amenities. One thing, as many leaving early to catch ferries completely miss out on the full breakfast to see about opening that up so that is a possibility. Other than that it was the perfect!

Staff was great, arranging pick-up/return from airport was great, breakfast was great, the only daily problem was the bed. The mattress was not so great so each day awoke with sore back.
