Please be aware that Galapagos is conformed by different islands; in this case you are arriving to to Santa Cruz Island. Once you arrive to Seymour Airport in Baltra Island, please take a public bus to Baltra Ferry Terminal where you should take a ferry to Santa Cruz Ferry Terminal. Then, take a bus or a taxi to Puerto Ayora. Give the driver the property's name and directions in order to arrive easily. This whole trip take approximately 40 minutes. To move between islands you can take a boat or plane; please check with your hotel the different schedules.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Hôtel enchanté
Pros:

L’hôtel ne se trouve pas exactement en plein centre ce qui est idéal pour ne pas être entouré de bruit, surtout si on cherche à se reposer.
Même si je n’ai pas eu la chambre que j’ai réservé sur la plateforme, je n’ai pas à me plaindre car j’ai eu une chambre éloignée du reste beaucoup plus tranquille.
L’entourage et la commodité font un plus aussi. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Il y a eu une différence notable entre comment le monsieur de l’accueil m’a reçu et comment il a reçu a d’autres touristes étrangers derrière moi. Je ne sais pas si les politiques pour nationaux et internationaux sont différentes, peut être que oui et ça été donc ma faute ou peut être aurais-je dû faire mention que je viens d’Europe aussi?
Ce n’est pas une plainte car peu m’importe cela mais tout de même pour les futures touristes…

All the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and you could get eggs cooked to order. The pool was warm with plenty of areas to lounge comfortably. The hot tub was very spacious. The location was wonderful with a short walk to the main road where the shops and restaurants were located as well as the dock area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Cons:

When the staff cleaned to room, they would open the blinds and the sun would shine in heating up the room. Would have preferred if they had just left them shut to help keep the room cooler. The air conditioner worked great but just had to wait for the room to cool down.

Ein schönes überschaubar großes Hotel mit einem sehr schönen Pool. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut zu Fuß vom Anleger aus zu erreichen. Dennoch liegt es ruhig am Ortsrand. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut - Buffet.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

La piscina.

Cons:

El horario de desayunos es muy corto (de 7 a 9 h), y en el momento que contratas una excursión no puedes desayunar en el hotel, si bien es verdad que te lo preparan para llevar, pero no tiene nada que ver con el que se toma en el hotel.
Las habitaciones tienen poco espacio para colocar las cosas y el baño está un poco anticuado, necesitaría una reforma.

Sehr schöne Poollandschaft (durch spielende Kinder hin und wieder etwas laut, aber damit muss man rechnen)

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist stall verbesserungsfähig - wir waren um 8 Uhr beim „Buffett“ - es gab weder Besteck noch Teller, zwar Müsli aber ist nur heiße Milch dafür vorgesehen. Zum Toast wurde die Butter und Marmelade (mehr nicht) mit auf Anfrage ausgeteilt. Das Personal ist zwar anwesend gewesen aber völlig blind, dass 90% aufgegessen wurden und alle warteten.

A comfortable stay with good hotel staffs
Pros:

The lady at the front desk (Fernanda) was very attentive and organized, made all of our requests possible very quickly. Thanks to her, our stay was comfortable and we had an excellent time. The hotel room was quiet and we were able to have a good rest. Jacuzzi was really nice too!

Needs some improvement.
Pros:

The pool and facilities were nice. Overall things were clean and well taken care of. I booked this hotel because it seemed like a good value and they had a restaurant, pool, and bar.

Cons:

I booked this property because it looked like a comfortable place to relax when we got back from excursions. The bar wasn’t open and when we finally got a drink they only had beer and it’s $10 per beer - a rip off. The breakfast started at 7am which is when most excursions and water taxis start. Other hotels start at 6am because you have to have an early breakfast otherwise you don’t eat. We got the take away breakfast several days and it was a very sad sandwich with barely one slab of meat or cheese and a little butter, an apple, cheap crackers and a juice. Although the amenities look nice the restaurant was only open briefly for breakfast which you won’t be able to eat if you’re doing any activities, the bar wasn’t open, and there was also a strange lingering smell in the area at times which smelled like sewage. Overall there are other hotels on the island that were cheaper and that had an early breakfast, restaurant/bar that was open at appropriate hours, and that has all of these amenities. I would shop around if I had to do it all again.
