Rotex Western Inn

Hardly said two words to me. Didn’t direct me where my room was. Not helpful.

They had no available parking. The night security guard was so rude. They was no help and when I expressed how inconvenient it was that they had no parking available he said “if you don’t like it go book somewhere else. Some were more fancy or just park in the street. You’ll see how safe it is on the morning”. Mind me I had no way of getting a refund and the picture on the website were not factual. Horrible experience. Only stayed one night. Check in @11pm and checked out @8am

So CLEAN! This place was great for an overnight near the Wiltern Theater. Stayed in one of the suites with 3 beds which was perfect. Beds were comfy, and the place was spotless! Furniture has been updated since the photos were taken. There was plenty of parking when we arrived at 6pm on a Saturday night. And the hotel was quiet too - didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or in the hallways. Great place to stay!

But this one of the worst hotels ever,that I have stayed in

DO NOT STAY HERE. My car was broken into and ransacked. The staff are nice people, but all they will is tell you is that a manger will call and then they don't. I chose to leave as soon as the incident happened and simply wanted a refund on the nights I would not be staying. They kept my money just like the thieves took things from my car. Stay at your own risk as there is no help if something happens to you.

great budget hotel. clean room. clean sheets. good soft bed. strong quiet air conditioner. mirror, frig, microwave. hot water. nice tv.
parking. mall across the street. low traffic. check in guy was a little suspicious of me, but i would be too!

Great location but that was about it. The rooms were old, and ugly. Cleanliness was alright. There was an older guy at the front desk who was just the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at hotel. Honestly overpriced for what it is.

Room was satisfactory, came with tv fridge and microwave. You have to request an iron at the front desk. Free underground parking right next to the entrance. Property is right next to korean plaza and restaurants which is real convenient.

The hotel is located in a very centric location. The rooms have enough space, it would be great if they had more power outlets and iron in the room ( we have to request at the reception so not big deal). The bed is very comfortable and free parking is a really good benefit.

The property was very clean. I need to mention that first. Very very clean. But everything is very outdated. The chairs and desks look like they are from the 90s and they are very used up/nicked. But the floors were clean. The bed sheets were clean and smelled fresh. But the one thing i didn't like was they would turn off the AC while they cleaned the room. Id come back to a very very humid room. The TV was new, still had the film on the border of it. The mini fridge and microwave were good as well. Definitely not enough outlets, would be nice if they replaced some of the lamps with ones that have outlets
