Pros:

Room.was huge and beds very comfortable, bathroom has bidet which is a plus.
Breakfast was delicious and very various for all tastes.
Reception were very kind and professionals.

Cons:

Lighting at the breakfast room, makes it hard for you eyes in the morning

Habitación claustrofóbica para un hotel sobrevalorado
Pros:

La ubicación está bien, pero no compensa para nada la experiencia como huésped en el alojamiento.

Cons:

La decoración es anticuada y sin personalidad (minimalismo de principios de siglo) y la iluminación es terrible, excesivamente blanca (parece un quirófano). La habitación tenía una ventanuco que daba a un patio de vecinos con un ruido constante de algún aparato (no llegué a descubrir que era, la vista era muy parcial). La sensación de la habitación es realmente claustrofóbica, parece una prisión. La ducha no contaba con iluminación y tenías que ducharte a oscuras. Desde luego, no corresponde a un hotel de cuatro estrellas ni el precio que se paga es el correspondiente a lo que se recibe.

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Check in took a while and they had to check if my room was ready despite getting there way past check in time. They apologized and gave me free breakfast for my first day. Liked the fridge, kettle and iron in the room

Location, decent breakfast, confortable mattress, renovated rooms

Cons:

The balcony door in the room was not functioning properly, and its handle came off. I could not stay in the room due to a security concern, as the door was effectively left open.
When I raised the issue at reception, the receptionist said that there were no other rooms available. When I asked to speak with a manager, a lady came to the reception desk, apologised for the inconvenience, and upgraded us to a superior room.

Não volto… pedi um late checkout pois meu voo é às 23:55 me deram até as 13:00 ou seja fui para outro hotel
Pros:

Não dei sorte … embora os funcionários sejam muito educados e tentam ajudar passei dois dias com a descarga do vaso sanitário quebrada precisando usar uma chave de fenda para dar descarga, e uma noite com um colchão podre e torto o qual foi trocado na segunda noite seguinte

Hotel novo, moderno e bem localizado
Pros:

A localização é excelente, perto de avenidas importantes, restaurantes. O hotel é moderno, bem limpo, o quarto é bem amplo. Banheiro novo.

Cons:

Achei que a área do café da manhã pode ser melhorada. Parece uma cozinha industrial. As opções também pode ser melhoradas.

Everything in the room was great, cool
Location, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Cons:

The lighting outside the rooms, particularly in the lobby and breakfast area, is too cold and clinical, almost like in a hospital, which makes the atmosphere feel unwelcoming rather than cosy.

The fragrance in the lobby is also overpowering. It feels too heavy and unpleasant, and I imagine it may be overwhelming for many guests.

Additionally, the air in the breakfast area and corridors feels stuffy, as if there isn’t enough fresh air or ventilation.
