Nice hotel, but the plumbing needs to improve.
Pros:

Great location. Nicely cleaned room and I love the feel of the sheets. Good breakfast buffet. Parking is expensive but worth having it on premises.

Cons:

Our shower broke. There was no cold water in the middle of taking a shower. It was fixed within 45 mins, but we had to leave to see a pre-booked Flamenco show without taking a shower. I appreciate attentive repair, but it did leave unpleasant feeling.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal à proximité du centre-ville et d'une station de métro. Nombreux restaurants dans le quartier.
La chambre était bien, confortable et très bien insonorisée.
Nous avions une chambre avec balcon, mais cela ne vaut pas la peine, car on a une vue sur les toits et il faisait trop chaud pour s'y installer.

Cons:

le lit n'était pas très confortable (trop mou). Après discussion avec la réception, le matelas a été remplacé.
La décoration de l'hôtel, notamment de la salle du petit déjeuner mériterait d'être revue et rendue un peu plus chaleureuse.

Excelente ubicacion, buena relacion precio calidad, muy buena atencion del personal

Todo cumplio con lo esperado de Eurostar, en particular la atencion del Front desk. Jorge, Carla,Elena, Irene y Silvia han sido muy atentos con nosotros durante los dias en que nos alonamos en hotel.
