Pros:

La ubicación en mi caso por dónde tenía que trabajar y el servicio de garaje.

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustara como tal, pero por ejemplo volvimos de cenar sobre las 23:00h y queríamos comprar agua y el hotel no tenía ninguna cafetería o simple maquina para poder sacar algo si no tienen este servicio

Знавши эту сеть отелей, был разочарован. В этот отель больше не хочется вернуться. Но должен сказать, расположение отеля
Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение, довольно чисто!

Cons:

Не работала система кондиционирования, было жарко даже с открытым окном. Окно плохо открывалось и закрывалось. За 3 дня не разу не поменяли полотенца. Завтрак не очень хороший, завтракали в разнятых кафе не далеко от гостиницы.

leicht überteuert und vielleicht eher für einen Geschäftstrip.

die Lage ist sehr zentral und das Zimmer ist geräumig

Cons:

das Zimmer sowie das ganze Hotel sind eher "kalt" eingerichtet, es ist nicht besonders cozy und für 200 CHF pro Nacht finde ich das schon etwas überteuert. Zudem haben wir an einem Tag ausgeschlafen und das Zimmer wurde dann nicht geputzt.

A great base for exploring the city and visiting the stadiums.
Pros:

Great location, including a convenient metro stop for Real, Atletico and Rayo matches. Plenty of restaurants, a bit cheaper than in the city center. Breakfast was monotonous (the same for 4 days), but the quality was OK. The room with a terrace was quiet. Very clean. Daily housekeeping was thorough.

Cons:

The room with the terrace faces east. There are blinds and dark curtains, but unfortunately, they are about half a meter too short and don't completely cover the window! Because of this leak, the room is quite bright at dawn. If you prefer to sleep in the dark, I wouldn't recommend the room with the terrace. The terrace is a bit neglected, with two simple chairs and a table. But the view of the city rooftops is lovely.

Heerlijk hotel met dito ontbijt.
Pros:

Uitstekend hotel! Ligging vlakbij een metrostation, maar ook lopend kom je makkelijk op de mooiste plekjes van de stad.
Mooie, schone kamer en het ontbijt was fantastisch!
Goede uitvalsbasis voor een stedentrip naar Madrid, dus zeker een aanrader.
