Rodents in walls. Too bad because staff and location is great.

Great place to organize and get supplies before a round the country road trip.
Pros:

It was clean, beds were comfortable, and on the airport side of San Jose. Also only a 10 minute walk from a supermarket. They were kind enough to have the check-in desk remain open till I got in from the airport close to midnight. Price was unbeatable and the area seemed quite safe. They were also able to organize a driver to pick us up at the airport at a reaonable cost (highly recommended).

Cons:

I rented a two bedroom apartment that incuded bathroom and kitchen. It lacked a livingroom area but in fairness to them, it was not advertised as having one - only mentioned in case it is important to a potential renter.

Its also half and hours drive from the airport - close might be nicer if your using it as an airport hotel.

Estadia excepcional! Vale muito a pena!
Pros:

Esse aparthotel foi uma surpresa maravilhosa e com certeza as fotos não fazem jus a qualidade desse lugar. O quarto é maior que muito apartamento de sp, realmente incrível: é uma casa completa (fogão que funciona, microondas, cafeteira, geladeira). Tem cozinha, quarto enorme com uma cama excepcional, sala de jantar e um banheiro enorme com banheira que cabem 2 com tranquilidade.
Os funcionários são super atenciosos, o espaço é silencioso e bem limpo. A localização é ótima de fácil acesso para uber. Fica próximo do Walmart Santa Ana.
Recomendo fortemente esse hotel, foi uma feliz surpresa na nossa “luna de mel”

they need to be clear on where the parking area is. Hard to see during night time. Saucepans are wornout.

Pros:

This place is 100% what it promises to be. Ronald, the house keeper there makes your stay even more comfortable by his decent, discrete, humble and very friendly interactions. The place wouldnt be the same without him.

Cons:

No possibility to pay with card, specially when you stay for few nights and the price gets high its nasty
