Nice and clean little twin share room. Decent breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Everything was just superb! The room was comfortable, clean, hot water was definitely HOT! I loved the set of refillable toiletries in the bathroom. And it was the most comfortable bed during my whole trip in Myanmar so far! Also we booked e-bike and bus tickets to Kalaw at reception. Breakfast also was amazing, I loved the Egg station, were you could get eggs cooked the way you like it the most.

The room was clean and the breakfast was really good. Don’t use the laundry service because it is way over priced. I paid $20US for a small bag of clothing. I spoke with reception and they couldn’t care less! The restaurant was also incredibly slow and the food was average at best.

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Swimmingpool und fantastischen Frühstück. Das einzige zu beklagen ist, dass die Rezeption mit dem Taxi Service Geld machen indem sie die Gäste einen teuren taxi organisieren, wobei viele Leute wissen, das die Preise nicht stimmen.

Service is very good and the breakfast buffet is tasty.

When i got there the pool was out if service which is one of my main reason for choosing a hotel with a pool so i only stayed 1 night.

Great staff and nice grounds. Hotel is a little dated but that is to be xpected. Staff was helpful in renting scooter and getting boat tickets. Food from onsite restaurant was good in addition to a nice breakfast buffet.

Good and comfortable hotel. Helpful staff. The people who rent bikes just outside of the hotel are great!

The hotel was in a good location, nice clean rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t use the pool because you couldn’t see the bottom so weren’t game to go in. Wifi was average but that’s all of Myanmar. We would stay again

Good hotel for the price. Good breakfast. Nice pool. Rooms are a bit old. Bathroom arent the best. But for the price, its a good deal. Well located. I would recommend it. Staff was great. Front desk is very helpful. Bed is a little hard. Balcony are extremely tiny.

Very good value hotel. Excellent service. Great breakfast. New Bagan is the best area to stay in the greater Bagan area. Hotel had warm and friendly feeling in every aspect of our 3 day stay there.

New Bagan is a dusty town, ( or muddy when wet) but the hotel did a good job at keeping both out. A new hotel, set just inside the main town (really a small village), so a walk or cycle ride required to go anywhere. The room was very comfortable with very good lighting. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in an outside courtyard, but typical of Myanmar only average, except for yogurt, a nice touch! Every thing in the hotel was priced in US Dollars which, in my opinion, is a bit of a rip off.

We had a wonderful stay. Khin the manager and her staff are very attentive and answered all our questions. They helped us to reconfirm our bus pickup and best pagoda to visit. Will come back for sure

Lovely hotel, great breakfast on offer in a lovely garden. Hotel staff were fantastic, can hire e-bikes directly and overall a really happy experience!

Taxi driver and receptionist had very good english

My daughter and her 5 friends stayed here while on a Semester At Sea voyage around the world. They loved the hotel and its proximity to the pagodas. They rented e-bikes and travelled all over. The breakfast was delicious and the staff allowed them to check-in at 7:30 in the morning after they had been up all night on a bus from Yangon. The staff was nice and the rooms were comfortable and clean.
