のんびりできる

軽井沢駅にプリンスホテルの休憩所があり、アウトレットの買い物中、荷物を預かってくれたり、休憩ができる。
ホテルは古いが清潔でゆっくりできる。
温泉も良い。
レストランもホテルだけあって、何でも美味しかった。スタッフの対応も良い！

考え得る限りのコロナ対策がされていて、久しぶりにゆっくり快適に外食ができた。
•ビュッフェエリアではマスク着用
•スタッフの方が、ビュッフェを取り分けてくれるのでトングが清潔、食べ物と客の距離がある等

昨年出来た新しい温泉で、入り口は檜のいい香りがした。

ホテルマンとしての配慮にかける最低なサービス
Pros:

先週末1泊2日で軽井沢に行きました。初日の午前にゴルフを楽しみ、そのままチェックイン。その際温泉の事を初めて聞いたので追加料金で申込みました。温泉に行く時だけ使用できる館内着を渡されましたが、（男女兼用ワンサイズ）ズボンがやや小さめだったので私服でお風呂に行き、帰りにフロントで「ワンサイズ大きな物があれば交換して欲しい」と依頼しました。自分で受け取って部屋に戻りたかったのですが、その場に無いとの事だったので部屋に届けて貰えることに。
「この後すぐに出かけるので出かけた後に部屋の奥のベッドに置いておいてください」と依頼しました。
それなのに、私がフロントで依頼して部屋に戻るよりも早く館内着が届けられていました。
部屋には私より先にお風呂から戻った彼がいて、代わりに受け取ったのですが、何か頼んだのか？と聞かれ、本当に恥ずかしい思いをしました。
一番避けたかった状況になり、その場でフロントにクレームをしたい位、怒りでいっぱいだったのですが彼もいる手前、我慢しました。
フロントで受け取りたいと言ったし、外出した後に届けて欲しいとお願いしたのに、全く察することが出来ない無能なホテルマンたち。
それなりの料金を払って、非日常の空間を楽しみたいのに、こんな不快な思いをさせられるなら東横インの方がよっぽどマシだと感じた。
またフロントも朝食会場の男性スタッフも気取った話し方で滑舌が悪く、何を言っているのかみんな聞き取り難かった。マスクしてアクリル板もある事が理由ではない。もっとにこやかに感じよくハキハキと話すべき。相手に伝わらなければ意味がない。これでは近所のフリーターに雇用機会を与えただけ。もっと都会のホテルで一流のサービスを学ぶべき。今まで何度か利用してますが、こんなに不快な思いをしたのは初めて。旅自体は楽しかったのに、最低な思い出となりました。

Just 13 min drive to the Outlet. Lots of restaurants nearby. The best place for relax and short stay apart from Kawagoe.
