Pros:

値段が安かった

Cons:

フロント以外のスタッフがここで待てとか
あそこ停めてとかタメ口で態度悪い。
外国籍スタッフがずっと電話で誰かと喋ってる。
指さして何かうったえてたが電話しながらでよくわからなかった。
壁が薄く、隣りの部屋のいびきがうるさかった。

距離小樽車站很近，隔間隱蔽性很好，浴室廁所也很乾淨，有提供溫泉

Basic no frills place at a very good location.
Pros:

Location was great. Onsen just outside the building (next building 5 steps away). Easy semi self check in with a staff member helping with the check in machine.

Cons:

Very basic facilities and room. Little aged look and feel but I got it at a very reasonable price so all good. Lighting in room was a little low.

次回もまた泊まりたい宿泊でした
Pros:

ロビーが充実していて、コーヒーも無料で飲めるし、喫煙ルームもすごく広くてゆったり座ってタバコが吸えるし、夕方から夜にかけて何回もロビーをウロウロしましたが、ホテルの方々がすごく親切で優しくて感動しました。隣接している温泉も気持ちよかったです。

施設は新しいとは言えませんが清潔でした。

アラシック歓迎モードが嬉しかった！

温泉付きの宿泊。
連泊のお部屋を確保して下さった。
受け付けの方々が親戚。

Cons:

夜遅く着いて、最初違う場所に行ってしまったが、お電話であまり詳しくは教えて貰えなかった。

Pros:

The Onsen is great!

Cons:

Some of the rooms are cleaner than others. Our first room had a dirty, really smelly bathroom. Luckily, the staff were able to move us to another room which was significantly cleaner at the same price point. The Annex building does not have good insulation and was very loud. The main building does not seem to have a problem.
