Lovely, comfortable stay.

Check in was great. Breakfast was yummy.

Cons:

I would have liked a couple of dairy free options. Margarine and a soy or oat milk for cereal and coffee. Also towels on the rack in the hot tub area would be nice. I do understand you were short staffed on this weekend so that maybe a place that could be overlooked.

The staff at the breakfast counter was amazing and provided stellar customer service!!
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the young man working in the kitchen was amazing!!! He was courteous and did everything in his power to make everyone happy from getting clean plates out, providing hot eggs and hash browns, to topping up the milk and creamer. There were a lot of guests there for breakfast and he stayed calm and respectful. I appreciated the text option for my needs and concerns. The room we were in was very spacious.

Cons:

One of our pillows were stained and the comforter had a rip in it. We let the front desk know when we were checking out. She apologized but that didn’t really fix the issue. I think offering some sort of compensation would have been appreciated.
