Tout a été parfait ! Emplacement idéal, terrasse abritée, chambres petites mais fonctionnelles, propreté impeccable. Excellent accueil.

Die Dachterrasse ist ein gemütlicher Ort zum verweilen.
Das Zimmer ist ziemlich einfach eingerichtet, man sollte aber bei dem günstigen auch keine Suite erwarten...😉

Nothing really, loved the place.
The staff was absolutely fantastic. I would hope to have gals like that running any hotel that I was a part of. They were generous, funny, professional, responsive, nice, everything! The hotel was just ok. I got a room with a window, but the view was only the tallest building in KL! Also a good breakfast was unexpected. That really set them a part as well. I liked it!
The staff was very helpful, very kind . The manager has booked the train ticket for me.....( because cash is not accepted for buying ticket)

Posizione,pulizia,aria condizionata, ma soprattutto il personale, disponibile e accogliente. Ci siamo sentiti a casa. Ottima colazione sul terrazzo. C'e un frigo comune, lavello e forno a microonde. Praticamente nel cuore di petalin,con tutti i servizi e i ristoranti a un tiro di schioppo
Le stanze sono un po' piccoline e senza finestre. Entrando si percepisce un po ' di umidità, ma niente di insopportabile
The owners of the hotel we’re extremely accommodating and helpful. They gave us guidance on really interesting places to visit. The room itself was clean and comfortable with good value for money.
We enjoyed the property.
I loved the location, right off the market in Chinatown, and the breakfast (I wasn't expecting) was abundant (boiled eggs, fruit, cakes, bread & different toppings) and included loose hibiscus tea (my favourite). The Receptionist was professional and kind.
Attention to detail when it comes to the quality of towels and its cleanliness needs to be looked into. The noise from the street was still audible and the soundproofing was disturbing my peace and sleep, as you could hear people at Reception, music from outside, anyone walking past your room.
Really nice hotel, very well located: the roooms are nice and clean, the sound insulation was good. Very nice and warm welcoming, very helpful as well and available. The complimentary toasts and coffee for breakfast were a nice surprise. The location is really central and convenient. And last but not leasy the nice terrace upstair, a quiet space to have breakfast or chill, with a view.
The stairs can be a bit tricky when we carry a big suitcase.
