Terrible traffic noise all day and night.
Pros:

Large family rooms with 2 bedrooms. The beds were OK. The water slides was great for the kids (open 4 hours daily 10-12 and 14-16). Massage at the spa was great. Friendly staff at the pool bar, and good food. Free shuttle to the beach and only 3 Euro for a sunbed there.

Cons:

Due to other reviews I had seen, I asked for a quiet room when I made the reservation and got an "OK" back as an answer. Still we were given a room on the backside of the hotel, towards the busiest street in Alanya. We like to have breakfast at the balcony and relax there in the evenings. We couldn't use the balcony at all, because the traffic noise was too loud all day and all night. It was almost impossible to sleep, even with all doors and windows closed. After 1 week we managed to switch to a room on the frontside, for a 50 Euro supplement. We could still hear the traffic from the balcony, but not so much as on the backside. We finally got some sleep. The air condition is only located in the living room, and it turns off when you leave the room. So when we got back into the apartment, it took a long time before the bedrooms cooled down. The apartments need some maintenance.

Great Hotel, strongly recommend
Pros:

There were many swimming pools and the slides were fun! I loved the food, great variety and all the staff were so friendly. Especially Ebu who made it fun and the man that worked at the bar, he went out his way to drive us to the hospital in an emergency which I really appreciated!

Cons:

I didn't understand why we had to pay for air conditioning, this is standard and should be included in the price. The only other downer was the lift as it can only hold 2 people and we are a family of 4 and stayed on the top floor. This was inconvenient.

ARK suite 5 päivää.
Pros:

Olimme perheen kanssa 5 päivää.Lapset tykkäsi ohjelmasta ja vesiliukumäet oli se juttu.Mäet oli 2 kertaa auki päivän aikana.Otimme ekaksi päiväksi allun,mutta se riitti,ruoka olisi voinut olla parempaa ja alkoholijuomat edes jonkun makuisia,ainostaan olut maistui oluelta.Menimme lasten takia ko.hotelliin ja he oli iloisia joten ei valittamista.Netti huoneissa toimii huonosti ja ilmastointi vain makuuhuoneessa ,joten olohuoneessa nukkuvat ei hirveästi hyödy ilmastoinnista.

Aile odasında kaldık. Genişti. İki yatak ve iki çekyat vardı. Asansör iki kişilik ve hayatımda gördüğüm en küçük asansördü. Bu yüzden odaya aynı anda çıkmamız mümkün olmadı. Kahvaltı açık büfeydi ancak ürünler çok kalitesizdi. Konaklayanlar genelde yabancı turistti. Bizden başka Türk misafir var mıydı emin değilim. Kahvaltıda demleme çay bile yoktu. Poşet çay vardı ama kahve makinesinden aldığımız su sıcak değil ılık geliyordu. Kahvesi zaten berbattı. Havuzunda su kaydırağı olması kızımı mutlu etti. Sanırım tek artısı buydu.

Çok güzel bir tatil oldu. Vasat bir apart bekliyordum. Yemeksiz olarak kaldım. 5 yıldızlı otelin küçük bir örneği gibi herşey düzgün işliyordu. Havuzlar, kaydıraklar çok iyiydi. Yemek yiyenler yemeklerden memnunlarfi. Animasyon iyiydi. Tam fiyat performans oteli. Tavsiye ederim
