One of my homes away from home
Pros:

I just love coming to this hotel even for a couple days to go feel like I’m at home. Sammy and Dorothy take such great care of me. I’ve been coming here for years. It’s such a clean place and the staff are amazing. I highly recommend it. I go to so many Hiltons but this is one of my favorites.

Love this hotel ! Wish they all operated this way!
Pros:

This hotel is very nice and accommodating. They acknowledge diamond member benefits, which is a huge bonus and I appreciate that a lot. Check-in is always very easy anytime I need something. They are on it. The waitress and the restaurant is a sweetheart. Dorothy at the front desk is amazing.!

The service I received while saying at this location was impeccable. Samy,Rosie and Dorothy all deserve praise. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a while. From the moment I walked through the door and the check ins throughout my stay. All I can say is I am glad that I was able to experience this level of customer service satisfaction with these three. Thanks Rosie for leading such a great team. Samy and Dorothy I really appreciate you showing the true definition of customer service.

I have been here numerous times and every time has been fantastic
Pros:

Dorothy is fantastic she always answers all my questions takes care of all my needs and helps me whenever I need it the hotel is very very clean all staff is excellent I highly recommend the Hotel for all your needs whether it's travel or family or just to get away and have a quiet night because this is the place you want to go

Pros:

The staff was very nice specifically Dorothy, who checked us in when we got there. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The fridge didn’t work . That was my only complaint about the room.

Comfortable and spacious hotel in great location
Pros:

Room were very spacious. Designs were modern and the room had a bath tub, which is rare nowadays at this price point.
