Pros:

Friendly, attentive and professional staffs.
Clean room.
Hotel’s in great condition.
Breakfast amazing too! :)

Globalist here and will definitely stay in Hyatt Place again when back in TJ.

Good hotel.
Pros:

Nice hotel, lovely staff. Nice spacious rooms. Food was good and not bad value. Only issue was we were reasonably late in one night and even though the website stated the restaurant was open until 10.30 the chef had cleaned down by 9.55 and refused service despite the very helpful bar staff interceding on our behalf. Not sure if the website was incorrect or whatever but had it been known we would have stopped for food on the way back. We use this hotel frequently so we'll find out next time.

Much better experience than expected. Tijuana is growing fast!
Pros:

So much better than the Sheraton airport in SanDiego. Gave me a great idea of what Tijuana really is. Blows Detroit away. Great location. Very clean and safer. Walking distance to everything. Water in the room. Food was very good. Staff was awesome.

Our trip was for medical needs and it turned into a nice relaxing mini vacation.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was in a busy spot. However, across the street were the most excellent restaurants! The food at the hotel was delicious and quick room service with a smile. Transportation was provided which gave of ease of mind and the hotel was spotless and extremely comfortable.

Could’ve been great if not for the noise.
Pros:

Very clean facility in enough to standard to Hyatt

Cons:

The staff was aware of noise on the back of the hotel. Construction work all night. They still place me and my elderly parents. Facing that site for one night. Next day they changed me.

Just here because this is where the company booked me at.
Pros:

Most people were kind but one person could work on his people skills. Hopefully he was just having a bad day. The perfume in the lobby was excessive. And outlets need to be changed. They are overused and are a fire hazard.

Hyatt TJ is awesome!
Pros:

this is my 3rd stay at Hyatt Tijuana and it has been a great experience each time. Rooms are clean, staff friendly and professional. Staff is always willing to help answer any questions. The breakfast cook is awesome! The Hyatt TJ is conveniently located to nice restaurants in a mall and a short uber ride to Tacos El Franc and many other taco shops.

Great stay for medical purposes while in TJ
Pros:

Rooms were nice size for our week long stay. EVERY employee was friendly and helpful. The employee I would like to give a shout out to was Salvador at the bar. He was always such a pleasure to speak to.
