Loved the breakfast, and the pool area.

Great service

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, it’s was very spacious and comfortable. All the staff was attentive . Don’t bother with the buffet breakfast though limited selection and the same menu most of the days

Perfect location and the staff was above helpful and nice

The reception was very friendly and kind as they upgraded my room for a better view after I told them thay my room with a "city view" had no view at all.

The hotel itself needs some small fixes, for example the curtains don't all close/open, the safe deposit didn't work until I called room service etc...

The hotel cleaning service is great! I forgot the do not disturb sign in the morning and went out, to my surprise when I came back in the evening they called me and asked If I still wanted room service for that day, to which I responded yes and they sent someone immediately at 8pm! Really great service.

Was initially excited about staying at this property for 6 nights but due to a medical emergency, we had to check out the same day that we checked in.
The property refused to refund the unused nights or consider any refund at all even on compassionate grounds. I will not be considering this property ever in the future and will discourage anyone from considering booking this property due to the poor customer service and lack of empathy especially this time of the year.

It’s a great and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful specifically Kristin at the front desk, always smile and very friendly

Nice stuff and room clean

Service was great, got an upgrade (only first night, could not extend and had to move to another room, but still nice gesture). I personally enjoy the 1 BR unit more than the 2 BR, as a single person I don’t need 3 beds ;-)
The staff is very polite and helpful, even provided laundry detergent free of charge.
The internet only had an initial hick-up. Hit water in the bathroom could have been hotter, it’s 35 C outside.
The real bummer are like
- no intention power sockets
- no free sockets by the bed
- only one free socket in the LR
- crack in one corner
- sparse decoration

On arrival reception welcomed me with a smile and offered me a free water view and room size upgrade which was lovely. However on entering the room I could smell cigarette smoke and condition of the room was a bit poor to me. I advised reception that night and was told they next shift would look into it for me in the morning. This was not done the next day but reception manager asked me to look at an alternative room I could stay in which did not have a good view. I did not worry about it as would be out most of the time anyway. New room did not smell of smoke and condition was much better. Breakfast at the hotel is fairly basic but free so cannot complain too much. Eggs however you like them, toast etc and fruit, tea coffee. Staff are amazing at the hotel but rooms are fairly standard for a 5 star as was expecting higher spec but for the price in the location it’s not bad. When leaving hallways were being painted which was good to see. The staff really impressed me and made the stay a pleasant one.

Great location, nice views, rooms are looking a little tired. Photos must be 8-10 years old. Staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not 5*. More like 3* for Dubai standards

Everything in terms of their facilities were exceptional however i would say thst the breakfast is really poor. I'm well travelled and this is the onlt reason we had breakfast on solely our first morning: But thank you to all of the staff for a wonderful stay.

Perks of staying here
- deluxe room includes kitchen and dishes(there is walkin grocery store as well)
- 10 minutes walk to metro station. Good location for tourists.
- very nearby to Burj khalifa and Mall.
- you can enjoy the view even from this hotel location.
- very neat and clean hotel rooms
- Manager namely, Hossam was so nice to me throughtout the staycation.
All the staff were very friendly and nice.

Bathroom tub not in good condition, breakfast not good at all, leaking water the morning of the 17 in an office which had all floor wet in front of elevators, noise room, could hear baby crying next to my room.

Excellent apartment hotel with very good services. I stayed three nights with family’s and really enjoyed my stay.
