✅ Complimentary room upgrade to a Fairmont Gold Suite.
✅ Complimentary breakfast.
❌ No early check-in or late check-out (late check-out was only extended until 1:00 PM).
❌ No complimentary access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge.
❌ No welcome amenity in the room.
As an Accor Platinum member, the elite recognition here felt incomplete. Perhaps this was due to the high number of elite members checking in during my stay, but several expected benefits were not provided.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the complimentary suite upgrade—special thanks to Mr. Tri at the Front Office for making that happen. However, aside from the upgrade, the overall Platinum recognition felt rather mediocre. I was also surprised that no welcome amenity was provided in the room, which added to the feeling that the elite experience was inconsistent.
P.S. It also took quite a while to get a reply via WhatsApp regarding my late check-out request. In the end, I had to go down to the Front Office to ask in person. Honestly, that’s quite uncommon by Indonesian hospitality standards—even Ibis usually replies faster. 😂

-Outdated rooms that shows age, especially the bathroom
-Living room areas behind sofa were dirty
-Very noisy at night with motorcycle noise
-Staff could have better English
-Towels were visibly old. Honestly, the most worn down towel I have ever used at a 5 star hotel
-Hotel breakfast at 400K IDR was not worth the price at all, especially when compared to the quality of the food at the other outlets at the hotel.
-Staff were generally very helpful, which is a plus.
-It's overall a solid 3 star business hotel, but no where near 5 star standards.
-I don't normally complain about a hotel, but this hotel is not reflecting the Fairmount standards.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the wonderful team at Fairmont Jakarta for making my boss’s recent visit to Indonesia truly memorable.
He came to Jakarta to participate in HYROX, and the team kindly helped us prepare a special surprise to encourage and support him for the event. A heartfelt thank you to the Front Office team, especially Yolanda and Sherry, as well as the Concierge, Guest Services, Reservations teams, and everyone else involved.
The room decoration was beautifully prepared, and the thoughtful HYROX-themed cake & video made the surprise even more special. While I may not be able to mention everyone by name, every person involved contributed to creating such a seamless and memorable experience.
What impressed me most was the genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication shown by the entire team. It truly felt like they cared about making the occasion special, and that level of thoughtfulness made all the difference.
Thank you for going above and beyond. Exceptional service like this is what makes Fairmont Jakarta stand out. Please keep up the amazing work, and we look forward to returning in the future.

Good Hotel with ecellent facility and location
The atmosphere itself, very calm and serene even located in the city. Able to get my morning jog at the nearby stadium..it was great. Only a walking distance to the stadium and full of activity which my husband n I enjoy so much. The attentiveness of all the staff during the whole stay and breakfast.. aahh the most luxurious spread ever. Thank you.
