Pros:

No nos quisieron hospedar, argumentado que la reservación no les llego, nos hicieron esperar más de una hora y comentando que no reserváramos con booking, ya que son poco confiables, que existen otras plataformas a las cuales podemos acudir. En fin, tuvimos que irnos a altas horas de la noche a buscar otro hotel porque segun ellos nunca les aparecio la reservacion, a pesar de mostrarles el correo que habíamos recibido.

Cons:

Que no existe un servicio al cliente adecuado. Solicitamos que el gerente del hotel nos atendiera y nunca se presentó.
