Todos los funcionarios fueron extremadamente cordiales y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudar. La comida del restaurante y del desayuno es excelente, de altísima calidad y claramente preparada con mucho cuidado y dedicación. La limpieza es simplemente impecable; sinceramente, nunca había visto algo igual. En cuanto a la ubicación, es indiscutiblemente perfecta, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún mejor.

Beautiful stay at the San Juan Hotel
Pros:

This was my 3rd stay at the San Juan Hotel in the past year. The location, breakfast, room and staff are great. Denise, one of the front desk clerks is wonderful. She speaks English, is always smiling, and helping when she can. She deserves a promotion.

this is a BUEATIFYL SPANISH COLONIAL HOTEL IN THE CENTER OF EL CENTRO. A FANTASTIC PLACE TO ENJOY A STAY IN CUENCA.

Cons:

The breakfast room was sometimes COLD as the door to the entrance was OPEN, It was fine when this door is closed.
