L attenzione di due membri della reception un ragazzo con la barba che ci ha portato le coperte la sera e il ragazzo con i baffi che ci ha dato buoni consigli la sera in cui siamo andati a cena fuori.
Camera grande

Copri letto macchiato di uno dei due letti.
Finestra che non si chiude bene e quindi poco insonorizzata. Colazione scadente per una clientela internazionale.
Capisco il prezzo basso della camera e colazione, allora alziamo il prezzo e diamo più scelta con una piccola selezione internazionale.
Non mi è piaciuta l assistenza che ho ricevuto una volta partita. Il taxista da loro chiamato e consigliato come di fiducia si è rubato il mio cellulare una volta scesa all'aeroporto. Il tempo di scendere e andare al banco check in mi solo accorta che avevo lasciato il Cell nel taxi. Chiamo la reception per far chiamare il taxista che ho visto personalmente ripartire vuoto, per dirgli di fermarsi che avevo lasciato il Cell nel taxi e che stava suonando. Il taxista ha negato la presenza del Cell, che non sarebbe ritornato all'aeroporto di Tuxla, conclusione dopo 30 minuti il mio Cell ha smesso di suonare ed era lì nel taxi. Sarebbe dovuto rientrare all hotel per dare prova che non c'era e questo non è mai accaduto. Meglio un Huber! Spero che il Direttore che ho conosciuto intervenga e definisca questo aspetto perché un ospite è tale dalla prenotazione al rientro a casa. Lo dico in quanto sono io stessa direttrice di Hotel in Italia a Firenze.

Excelente servicio, rápido y buen sazón. Me gustó mucho el horario del desayuno, eso me permitió llegar a tiempo a mi trabajo. Soy originaria de Tuxtla y usé el hotel por un desperfecto en casa, todo estuvo muy bien
