Stayed here with family in Dec 25' - was a beautiful experience. We arrived late night, jetlagged, and somehow our rooms were perfectly setup & ready with a quick hassle free check-in (Thanks Mr Ahmed). Throughout our stay, staff were super friendly and cooperative.

We opted for the breakfast as well during our 5-6 day stay, the restaurant is a beautiful space, and the experience was great. Special thanks to Ms Gozde, Mr Harun & Mr Isa for making everyday so special.

We'd highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul - the location is great, just minutes away from EyupSultan Mosque. Super convenient to visit everyday morning/evening during your time at Istanbul.

We had a wonderful stay at Mövenpick Hotel Golden Horn and truly felt at home with our family. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and made our time in Istanbul very enjoyable.

What made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality of Behiye and Gözde. They were incredibly kind, especially with our children, always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring. Also reception staff Serkan and Haydar went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy throughout our stay.

Their warmth and positive attitude really stood out, and we would love to come back again. Thank you to Behiye, Gözde, Serkan, Haydar and everyone at reception of the Mövenpick Golden Horn team for such a lovely experience.

Hotel has a good location. Clean and feel safe. Staff are all presentable and professionals. Thanks to Silcom Seheban for making our room clean as always.

And of course, the reception service, which responded to my requests at the beginning of my stay. You're doing a great job.
I came specially from Russia to the Galatasaray match. I think that on January 21 I will come to you guys again. There will be a football match again.

As a Platinum Accor Member and a loyal guest of Mövenpick hotels, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Hilal Cort for her outstanding assistance from the booking process until my arrival. She ensured everything was perfectly arranged and even upgraded my room to a beautiful Suite. Her thoughtful service truly elevated our stay.

Upon arriving at the hotel, I was warmly welcomed by Berat and Mertcan, who always greeted me with a friendly smile and provided excellent valet parking assistance every time we returned to the hotel. Their hospitality was truly remarkable.

During breakfast, my family and I received wonderful service from Omer and Deniz, who made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of every morning. Their kindness made our dining experience even more enjoyable.

Thank you to the entire team for making our days in Istanbul meaningful and filled with happiness. We truly appreciated the warmth and professionalism of everyone we interacted with.

During this stay, our room did not have a view, but we understand hotel availability may vary. We genuinely hope that on our next visit, we will have the opportunity to enjoy a room with the magnificent Golden Horn view, which we love so much.

Loved this place! Super clean, comfy beds, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Would definitely stay again for sure!

Hotel was spotless and the rooms were spacious and cleaned everyday. The cleaner was very friendly and nothing was too much. Amine at the bar was amazing and always so friendly. The lady that checked us in to breakfast every morning (lady with ginger curly hair) was so warm and welcoming. All the staff were so friendly. Really enjoyed our stay here. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. We’ve really enjoyed our week long stay.
