Corner suite is perfect for family, with two king beds and comfortable sheets/duvets! We could even see the ocean. The deep soaking tub is amazing and there was plenty of hot water. Loved the Malin&Goetz products, as well as the bath salts and tub shelf to hold your wine glass.
Tons of closet space, a fridge and microwave.
Everyone loved the bathrobes!
A couple details would make this place amazing: some utensils and plates, enough mugs for a family, a smart tv you could cast to instead of old fashioned cable.
There’s a limited continental breakfast but by the time we came downstairs at 9am, there was no more coffee. We tried to ask for more but the attendant disappeared at that point.
Resort fee - just why? Build it into the price if you need to but silly to pay for pool etc at sister hotel in the middle of winter.
Location, size of room, and staff were excellent.
Breakfast options in the morning
TV Didn't work....EXTREMELY Over priced...$650 a night was egregious! No Room Service, It sucked actually! Manager, was extremely rude! Never again!.
Extremely overpriced....Phone DID NOT WORK.....TV DID NOT WORK, When they got the TV on, it was only Spanish and I don't speak spanish....I asked for a room change and was denied by a Woman who said she was manager....She was terrible and men spirited! Terrible stay! Extremely disappointed in that place! ZERO Rating!
We did not take advantage of the breakfast we slept in late but the location was perfect. It was close to the beach/ocean aad the Pier Village shops restaurants and stores.
The lights went out in our room but the staff instructed us how to flip the master switch to turn them on.
I think we would be considered regulars at The Bungalow. [Lol]
The rooms are very clean with great lighting, comfortable beds and, plenty of space to relax. The bathrooms are beautiful with everything you need. The boardwalk and ocean are a minute away. It’s a great spot.
Great staff, great acccomofations
The most expensive, poorly maintained hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Closet was tiny and the doors were broken. It had a few drawers inside that were also all broken. The fireplace would work for 2-3 minutes and then turn off, but then randomly turn on at all hours of the night even though it had been turned off at the walk switch. You can’t call down to the front desk because they leave the phone off the hook because the 1 person that works there is overwhelmed but all of the guests. You have to go to the lobby to get help. There aren’t any drawers or anywhere to put your things in the room and most of the outlets don’t work.
$60 on top of $850 a night for 2 nights to park is outrageous and you can’t even leave the car past checkout without paying more since they need to key fob back. The pool is night, but it’s at the sister hotel that’s a 10-15 minute walk away. I would absolutely never stay here again.
Very clean very friendly the original lobby style still appeals. The rooms are clean and stark. No style. Uncomfy sofa, terribly hard metal chairs around tiny cafe table.
No art no style. Too expensive for this underwhelming decor in rooms.
The Hotel is very clean and the staff helpful and pleasant. Rooms are big. Liked the simplicity in rooms. very nice beds. Access to beach and pool in another hotel.
- Expensive for what it offered
- Breakfast is really a bunch of muffins which are good but would have expected a bit more
- Parking should have been included
- No ocean views
- A/C is not powerful enough - sweating even with mid 60s overnight with winter blankets given in summer.
Cleanliness, comfort and aesthetics are superb.
Very nice hotel. Clean, very comfortable. Nice decor. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Nice. Spacious. Good property
Wonderful place to stay

I was so disappointed with my recent stay at the Bungalow Hotel. The rooms are only air conditioned, the entire hotel is not…it was about 90 plus degrees outside. Two nights in a row power went out in the middle of the night. I had to reset the circuit breaker. The breakfast included was awful, a few scattered pastries and two applies one which was rotten. There was no coffee as it was empty, we waited over 10 minutes for someone to come out and refill the coffee.
The front desk has someone there intermittently. Not worth the money they charge!
