Improved under new management
Pros:

The hotel was clean, and has a very friendly manager looking after it now. My room was spacious and had been newly renovated. Much better than it used to be. Great price if you are looking for a cheap place to stop off for the night, and everything else is too expensive

This is a decent wee hotel, convenient for Union Street but with plenty on-street parking. Room clean and well presented. Good value
