ההורים שלי התארחו במלון והם מאוד נהנו מהשהייה. הם סיפרו שהשירות היה מצוין, הצוות היה אדיב ונעים וכל בקשה קיבלה מענה.
החדר היה נקי ומסודר, האווירה במלון הייתה רגועה והנוף לים הוסיף הרבה לחוויה. גם ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה והם נהנו מהמבחר ומהאיכות.
הם חזרו הביתה עם תחושה טובה ועם הרבה מחמאות למלון ולצוות. בהחלט מקום שהם ישמחו לחזור אליו שוב.

1.קיבלנו את החדר רק אחרי שכבר סגרו את הבריכה

נסענו לחגוג יום הולדת, פינקו אותנו במגש פירות, עוגה ויין ושידרגו את החדר. ארוחת בוקר עשירה כולל מבחר לצליאקים - דבר שלא נתקלתי בו במקומות אחרים . צוות מסביר פנים מקסים!!! ממליצה בחום

היה לנו אירוע מאוד לא נעים בספא וללא קשר- הספא טעון שיפור מבחינת המתקנים. היינו בטובים יותר

חדר היה גדול ועם נוף למרינה וזה היה נחמד

בצ׳יק אין הקבלה היית עובדת חדשה גליה. הגענו מוקדם רצינו לשים מזוודות וללכת לבריכה . גליה אמרה שלא יודעת מתי חדר מוכן אבל אפשר לשעות ציר אין שלקח לה המון זמן. חייבה בתשלום אחד בלי לשאול האם זה מתאים ולא ידע לטפל בזה. רק הגענו לבריכה ואחרי 10 דק הקשרן שחדר מוכן . היית לי יום הולדת ולא היה כלום לכבוד זה ( עדכנו מראש את הצוות ), לא היית שמשיה במרפסת , ביקשנו שמשייה ולא קיבלנו כלום כמובן ( במרפסות אחרות היו שמשיות אגב). אחרי שבעלי ביקש שוב אז הביאו בקבוק יין קטן ועוגיות . שירות ברמה בינוני נמוך

Herods Hertzelia Is Wonderful
Pros:

Our (too) short holiday was celebrating our 45th Anniversary. A huge thank you to Etty, Guest Relations Manager, who surprised us with an upgrade to a suite which was exceptional! The staff was wonderful, with a shout out to Nixon at the coffee machine at breakfast. The view from our room was beautiful and relaxing. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. Thanks to all the staff, your smiles and helpfullness were appreciated!

Cons:

I was looking forward to a spa treatment other than a massage. There weren't any to choose.
