Really happy with the stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

Room was excellent. Very spacious. Pool we also nice. Breakfast was very varied and good food although would prefer if there was an outside area to sit in as it was also too cold sitting inside. But overall very good.

Cons:

No outside seating for breakfast. One issue we had was someone was inadvertently given a key to our room and they just let themselves in whilst we were in there. Reception were pretty useless when we told them and didn't do or say anything about it. However, when I asked to speak to the manager she could not have been more apologetic and helpful. She dealt with it brilliantly and totally defused the whole situation.

בילינו במלון Herods Herzliya חופשה משפחתית נהדרת, והחוויה הייתה טובה מאוד מכל הבחינות.
המלון נקי מאוד, החדרים נעימים ומטופחים, וארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה ומגוונת. אבל מעל לכל – האנשים. זכינו לשירות אדיב, מקצועי, חם ואישי לאורך כל השהייה.
רוצה להודות במיוחד לאתי, מנהלת קשרי האורחים, על היחס האישי, האכפתיות והנכונות לעזור בכל דבר. אין ספק שאנשים טובים ושירות מכל הלב הם אלה שהופכים חופשה טובה לחוויה בלתי נשכחת.
תודה רבה לכל צוות המלון על האירוח הנפלא. בהחלט נשמח לחזור שוב! ❤️🙏

ארוחת בוקר טובה, צוות המלון היו מאוד נחמדים, יתקשרו אלנו לפני הגעה למלון לבקשות מיוחדות, שדרוגו לנו את החדר לסוויטה כולל פינוק של יין ועוגה לחדר.

Cons:

תחזוקת המלון גרועה מאוד, היה לנו רטיבות מים מתחת לפרקט בחדר, שלט הטלויזיה לא תקין, מיטה לא כל כך נוחה,
בחדר אוכל היה רטיבות מהמזגן נזילות של מים שטיפטף על הרצפה.

Pros:

L’établissement est magnifique, élégant et généreux. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier l’ensemble du personnel de l’hôtel pour leur hospitalité ainsi que leur disponibilité tout au long du séjour. La bienveillance de l’hôtel a perpétue même après notre départ car je me suis aperçu avoir oublié un bagage et ils me l’ont gardé en sécurité jusqu’à que je puisse le récupérer.
Merci encore infiniment , nous reviendrons !!

מלון עם מיקום טוב ללא ניהול

המזגן בחדר היה טוב

1.באנו לחופשה שקטה ,אבל הם מאפשרים לשים מוזיקה ברמקולים בבריכה
2.בחדר האוכל ישנה שורה שלמה של שולחנות שאי אפשר לשבת בה בגלל שהמזגן מטפטף עליה

4.אנחנו הזמנו חדר,שדרגו אותנו לחדר אחר שהיה מלוכלך -היה שיערות על המיטה וכאשר אשתי התקשרה לקבלה להחליף חדר פשוט התעלמו ממנה כי היו אנשים בדלפק הקבלה ולא הקשיבו לה בכלל,הינו צריכים לנקות את מיטה בעצמנו
5.ביום הצק אווט שהיה בשבת ,לא הביאו מגבות חדשות והיינו צריכים להשתמש במגבות משומשות
