Excellent location, great spot for a short stay. Would be even better with some bathroom remodeling.
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly staff

Cons:

The bathroom door is a barn door so it doesn’t close completely. There is no privacy at all. There was no mirror other than the bathroom. There is no fan in the bathroom.

Great trip to Prescott, Arizona
Pros:

The hotel was clean and beautiful. It's located on Whiskey Row, so there is some noise from people and traffic, but the hotel thoughtfully provides free ear plugs! The rooms are decorated in a fun western theme, and the bed was very comfortable. The Bistro has great food and wonderful service. The lobby bar is a joy to sit in and just relax. We haven't tried the speakeasy yet, but look forward to that the next time we visit.

Cons:

We really enjoy this property, so no improvements requested. Parking is at an adjacent garage and is free. There are ramps and elevators so access is not an issue.

I’ve visited Prescott many times but never stayed at St. Michael. I will definitely stay there again
Pros:

Very quiet interior room; no street noise. Decor of the lobby, bistro, and lounge is close to the original design to the hotel (built in 1900). Beautiful woodwork and wood floors throughout the main floor.

Cons:

Nothing.

Charming remodel with historical value, great location, fun speakeasy and great food at the bistro.
Pros:

We have been staying at the hotel for many years. We were delighted with the recent upgrades - they kept the historical nature and charm, while increasing the appeal with updated decor. The bed was super comfy, with super soft sheets and comforter. The old fashioned little bathroom was still there - which I liked! Their amenities were of a good quality - with indiviual bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, for me that is important - I dont like the refilled bottles - yuck! Great scents also. They added a bar/lounge and a speakeasy in the "basement" with live music. As always, the Bistro had great food, and the location is perfect - on Whiskey Row. We highly recommend. The staff was polite, friendly and efficient. Check in and out was a breeze.

Cons:

A magnified make-up mirror, some cotton balls and cotton swabs would be nice.

A great experience!
Pros:

Loved the historic elements of the hotel. Charming, well preserved and ideally located. The shops and particularly The Bistro were a delight and the food was excellent! Very enjoyable stay!

Cons:

The ceiling fan in room 230 needs to be adjusted. There is a metallic vibration when operating. The housing is rubbing against ceiling box likely.
