Return trip to Prescott, would definitely include another stay here!
Pros:

Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect the main Whiskey Road drag. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My only complaint is a personal issue. Not having access to vending machines or beverage options.

Historical, charming, comfortable
Pros:

The old western charm of this hotel is authentic and delightful. The room was large, bathroom small, all well equipped. There’s no gym and some street noise but those detractors are more than overcome by the lovely staff, great bars and perfect location.

Very fun and unique place to stay with shops, speakeasy, bar, bakery and Bistro all on site.
Pros:

Location was great right on Whiskey Row. Check in had coupons for dinner and breakfast at the Bistro on property which we used.

Cons:

Rooms were a bit small but fine for one night.

Can't beat the location and friendly staff!
Pros:

You can't beat the location! Right on Whiskey row, walkable to all the good bars and restaurants. The downstairs hosts the speakeasy, wonderful place, highly recommend that you check it out! On the main floor are the shops and a bistro. They serve a killer breakfast there! There is complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings in the Lobby Bar. Our room didn't come with a mini-fridge, but when I asked, they were able to put 1 in for us.

Cons:

About the only things that we didn't like, was the room size, it was a little small. But that is on us and the room that we booked. Next time we stay, we will get a bigger room.

Historic and great location
Pros:

Staff was great. 302 faces the alley and thumb butte. It felt a bit claustrophobic, but, it is historic. Location was perfect for St Paddy's day Pub crawl,

Good location with horrible bathroom layout

Really bad bathroom layout. The toilet was pointed at the sink less than 6 inches away. Couldn’t stand behind to use, and when seated your chest was right on top of the sink.

It was overpriced for the level of comfort.
Pros:

The location is right on the main square on Whiskey Row, which was close to everything, and fortunately we were there on a quiet Monday night. We ate dinner and it was a short walk back to our room.

Cons:

Because the hotel is right on Whiskey Row, the noise from late night revelers could be a problem, but we were there on a quiet Monday night. It was concerning to see complimentary ear plugs in our room! Also the air conditioner was loud and blew right onto the bed. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, and the shower had one of those rain shower heads where you can’t wash your hair and rinse properly.

About what I expected.
Pros:

Had to wait 10 minutes to check in and No one was ahead of me. Room was small but clean. AC was load, but work. I think the baseboard heat heat coming out of it! Nice bar and speak easy. And very good Bistro.

Great location to visit Prescott and see a lot of the famous land marks.
Pros:

Location was great and the live music downstairs at the restaurant was awesome.

Cons:

We booked a room with a queen size bed and ended up with a room with a full-size bed which made it a little uncomfortable.
