Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, right in the city center and next to Whiskey Raw. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, making it very convenient to explore the area. Another great advantage is the free parking available in the garage behind the hotel. Although the building is quite old, its rich history adds a unique charm and character to the hotel.

A lot of fun and historic hotel was a great experience.
Pros:

Location was perfect, a little loud, but not unexpected on Whiskey Row. Restaurant and Bar were excellent.

Way overpriced -$428 for 1 night

I was charged twice by the property and when I called
For a refund I wasn’t given a call back ever. My $480 stay quickly became a $1000 stay and I’m still waiting on my refund. It hasn’t even been issued

Original old hotel in historic downtown Prescott with amazing staff.
Pros:

Location, literally in the historic town square on Whiskey Row. Love the fact that they keep this old
hotel as original as possible including the old cranky elevator and front desk. The furnishings are
adequate but no period type furniture in the room. Bed and bedding was pretty comfortable but not
high end which I kind of expected for the price point. The staff was amazing and helpful and someone
was available 24/7 which is rare! Room was clean and no smell. Air unit was older and a bit noisy but
it works well which in Arizona is important!

Cons:

Bathroom is cute but super small....not a problem for me but by extra big husband found it uncomfortable. If we stay again
I probably would ask for the handicap room just for him. In an older hotel I find this to be expected so big people, just be aware. Also, it is quite a step up into the bathroom so not good for people that are unsteady on their feet. My only real
complaint is there was literally only ONE outlet in the room and one prong was being used by the air unit. We could not
plug our charger in the other prong as something was wrong with it. Had to use the only other outlet in the bathroom.
Not a deal breaker but if someone was on a business trip with a lap top this might be a concern. We did tell the front
desk and the maintenance guy was there and had a great 'can do' attitude and said he would check it right away.
This hotel used to give a breakfast voucher for the number of occupants but no longer do this. Again, at this price point we sort of expected this. They did offer coffee and tea in the morning but nothing else. None of this would stop us from coming again but will be more aware when considering options.

Nice atmosphere and comfy but small bed
Pros:

It was a really incredible hotel, just if you’re in a 20’s movie. Nice atmosphere and a good theme!
The bed was comfy but a bit small for us, it is good that we are just engaged and like to cuddle!

Cons:

The bed could be a bit bigger, than it would have been just perfect!

Great getaway to Prescott, AZ !
Pros:

Amazing staff throughout the hotel and outlets, very clean and well appointed rooms. Fantastic location to do walking tours of Prescott. The new speakeasy was great fun! The lobby bar/lounge is the former ballroom and is lovely.

Cons:

The rooms are small but we knew that when we booked.

Pros:

The hotel and rooms are very nice and right across from the courthouse square. Parking is available on the street or in the parking garage about 1/2 block away. The attached restaurant offers a delicious brunch. The speakeasy in the basement also offers a small food selection.

Cons:

There is a lot of street noise. The AC unit did not allow a constant fan, so there were times that the outside noise was very apparent. Ear plugs are available in the room.
