Charming place
Pros:

Location and Charm. 4th time staying here.

Cons:

Bed was a bit uncomfortable even after a couple of drinks it was not that comfy to sleep on . Might have just been that room because we’ve stayed here before.

Cons:

Room was too warm. Unable to adjust. Rooms are all heated the same way. Staff indicated there were multiple reports of the same and indicated they would report so maintenance could adjust. But it didn’t change. Not a huge deal. We kept the window opened to keep cool at night.

Excellent location, great spot for a short stay. Would be even better with some bathroom remodeling.

Cons:

The bathroom door is a barn door so it doesn’t close completely. There is no privacy at all. There was no mirror other than the bathroom. There is no fan in the bathroom.

Great trip to Prescott, Arizona
Pros:

The hotel was clean and beautiful. It's located on Whiskey Row, so there is some noise from people and traffic, but the hotel thoughtfully provides free ear plugs! The rooms are decorated in a fun western theme, and the bed was very comfortable. The Bistro has great food and wonderful service. The lobby bar is a joy to sit in and just relax. We haven't tried the speakeasy yet, but look forward to that the next time we visit.

Cons:

We really enjoy this property, so no improvements requested. Parking is at an adjacent garage and is free. There are ramps and elevators so access is not an issue.

The bed was waaay too soft.
I like hot water heat but it cannot be adjusted soo one must open the windows in January.
