Comfortable
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. The hotel was quiet and clean! Staff were friendly.

Cons:

I found that the price was for a room was to high for the town where it was located.

breakfast was good

Cons:

Room was cold upon arrival and wall thermostat would not adjust the blowing of cold air. Front desk attendant stated she had an app to adjust the temperature, but it did nothing. we were then given a different room, not much better and tile floor in bathroom was cold to bare feet. Basin tap handle was floppy but still operated the flow of water, but a good indication of neglect and improper maintenance.

We made the room work but was not what we were expecting.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast and the pool

Cons:

I reserved the King suite with fireplace room. Online it looked very different and had more of a separate room with a couch and fireplace. However the room we received did not have a fireplace or any separation between the bedroom and living room space. Had I know this I would have just reserved two queen beds. I purposefully wanted some separation as we were travelling with two young kids.

First Time in This Brand. Nice rooms.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. Request oat mile and fresh fruit please. Bathtub and shower were really nice. Bed was comfortable. The parking lot appeared much safer than the two other hotels downtown for our vehicle.

Cons:

very disappointed that the hotel could not match the price on booking.com. We had to book through the booking.com website while sitting in the lobby. It was awkward socially to not interact directly with the hotel. The hotel seemed nearly empty in the halls, pool and parking lot for the evening and morning. Yet we had to book the most expensive room as they were sold out. The hotel is out on the edge of town with no restaurants in walking distance.

Only decent hotel in the area, but it still needs significant improvement.
Pros:

Clean room and a well-maintained pool area. After I asked to change my room, Jane was incredibly helpful. She seemed to be the only person in the whole hotel with a smile on her face! And the room was so clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. They also gave me a room that smelled strongly of smoke, and the bed was extremely squeaky. The breakfast was very poor considering the price—they didn’t even have any fresh fruit, just mushy eggs and potatoes…
