A little Pricy
Breakfast was okay. Request oat mile and fresh fruit please. Bathtub and shower were really nice. Bed was comfortable. The parking lot appeared much safer than the two other hotels downtown for our vehicle.
very disappointed that the hotel could not match the price on booking.com. We had to book through the booking.com website while sitting in the lobby. It was awkward socially to not interact directly with the hotel. The hotel seemed nearly empty in the halls, pool and parking lot for the evening and morning. Yet we had to book the most expensive room as they were sold out. The hotel is out on the edge of town with no restaurants in walking distance.
Clean room and a well-maintained pool area. After I asked to change my room, Jane was incredibly helpful. She seemed to be the only person in the whole hotel with a smile on her face! And the room was so clean and comfortable.
Worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. The receptionist was the rudest I’ve ever encountered. They also gave me a room that smelled strongly of smoke, and the bed was extremely squeaky. The breakfast was very poor considering the price—they didn’t even have any fresh fruit, just mushy eggs and potatoes…
