Hotel itself was great but won’t use booking.com again.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, and breakfast was great!

Cons:

Booking.com we booked and paid for the deluxe king room with fireplace. We were very disappointed on arrival that we did not get the room we paid for. This was falsely advertised by booking.com. Had we known this I would have paid for a standard room.

The outdoor covered entrance was exceptionally icy and it did not look like the ENTIRE area had any ice melt products applied.

Pleasant and comfortable. The pool super handy for families with kids!
Pros:

The beds were comfy and clean! No bugs!
The room was the perfect temperature as well!

Cons:

The bathroom wasnt super clean. Im unsure when the last time someone had stayed in the room i had gotten but there was dust on the table, hardly noticed until lighting hit it. Also there was an unknown substance on the bathroom wall by the sink and the tiles in the bathrooms could use more elbow work. (I used to clean hotels so I noticed everything).
The pool is a bit cold as well.

Front desk staff were helpful
Room was clean and had the amenities we needed

Cons:

The bed/mattress was low quality not supportive and the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable for our daughter.
