Cons:

It seems that every time we stay here the price is going up between 80 and $120 per night

Pros:

The property is in a great location if you want to be close to the university and the hospital or even the airport

Cons:

Although it does get super loud with police cars and ambulances, this is what to expect when you’re this close to the hospital. The only thing I don’t like is every time we decide to stay the price is always going up.

Amazing staff very easy to get to great area.
Pros:

I loved location it was a pleasure to walk to shops and breakfast and staff was outstanding. We were doing a college tour. Room was clean comfortable and the italian restaurant was SOOOOOO good.

Cons:

Would have liked continental breakfast but not complaining.

Location was great visiting the universities

Cons:

Rooms were clean, but dated, bathrooms should have showers not tubs. Higher toilets.

There are better options only a short drive away
Pros:

The room was fairly large, The bed was ok, staff was nice.

Cons:

The ambulances from the hospital can wake you, the carpets was heavily stained. The drain in the shower wasn't screwed down. Everything in the room cost money including what is normally a free coffee, and no free internet.

The stuff is unreasonable, even when I checked in, it showed I booked twice, they didn’t do anything and marked the other room as “no show” and charged me twice.

Clean, great location
Pros:

Great location. free parking&easy access. Nice big rooms. Clean. Staff friendly, esp. in the restaurant for breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Feels like they are cutting corners. Little things like batteries in TV remote needing replacement, no pad/pen, no tag for room cleaning, really weak coffee.
