We stayed three nights in a comfortable, clean room with two queen beds. They refresh the room every other day. We had an issue with both keys, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved. The location was convenient and we felt safe during our stay. If we're in the area again, we will stay here.
The beds were very comfortable and room was clean. It was close to where we needed to be.
No breakfast included in the price. They charged $10 a night for parking. Didn't even have bottled water in the room.

My stay at the Hilton was amazing. I was there to see the Monks on the
walk for Peace. Although completely overwhelmed by people in the lobby, the staff was incredibly kind and patient. I had no tea bags in my room and they quickly got me some. The bar closed and I wanted a glass of wine and they looked for one for me (sold out ). The crowd started to thin after the monks went to pray and rest. THEN.. this man came in. He was so angry ( in a room full of peaceful people) about not being able to find parking. He called when he arrived and apparently had threatened the nice guy behind the counter that he would "kick his ass". I did not hear that conversation but his behavior and anger was extremely apparent. Watching this made me so sad. We were all on a high from the monks speech and beautiful prayer chant. He got really loud about parking and wanted the Manager. He was rude and impatient with the wonderfully kind female clerk. The manager came and spoke to him. He got angrier and louder. Then the manager calmly, and firmly escorted him out. As he walked him out I heard the manager say that there would be no violence in the hotel.
The manager handled it beautifully. I just need to say that I came from Florida to feel the energy of the monks and walk for peace with them. The way the manager handled the angry threatening man was amazing. My peaceful state of mind was not disturbed and although the man was mad, the manager did not appear to be. He was calm and avoided destroying the mood for the guests.
It was so wonderful for your corporation to give the monks such a lovely and warm place to rest. I am so grateful for the experience and the angry man did not diminish the peace that I felt. I am sure the angry man was not the only person a bit bothered by the parking situation but what the monks were doing was of great value. I am sorry for any inconvenience your guests endured. Please know that allowing the public to see Peace in action was very important and I and many others thank you so very much. The fact your company supported the Monks and their walk will forever make your hotel my favorite place to stay.

We were there when the monks were they. The staff took great care of us as well as the people outside waiting to see the monks. The staff were so kind, professional, compassionate, helpful. Highly recommend this hotel!! They even provided coffee for everyone including non guests outside since it was so cold!!
We saw that the monks peace walk would have an overnight stay at this Hilton. I booked a room because, 1. It’s a Hilton so I knew we would have a comfortable stay, and 2. What a beautiful welcome this hotel provided for such a unique event.
The hotel welcomed everyone, the staff were all amazing. They worked hard to make everyone feel like a guest in their home. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the heat worked well! This was a bitter cold day/night and having a cozy room helped us all warm up between visits. Thank you to all of the employees that put in long hours to provide such a wonderful experience.

The breakfast and location as well as the timeframe was good
On checking in the front desk gentlemen gave us our room key, not knowing there. Was someone still cleaning it when we got there. He felt so bad that he offered us some water and free breakfast for the following morning. He also called up to check and make sure the new room was cleaned and ready before he sent us up. He was very polite and understanding.
Me and my son were harassed coming back in from playing basketball on 8-29-2025 one of your staff went out here way several times to herass myself and my son. It got so bad that we never got to go to the pool because she followed us everywhere until she popped in the fitness room and I told her I felt like she was harassing us. Them she got an attitude. My son was so upset and im sure if you look at your cameras you will see exactly what im talking about followed us out to our car and more. Very unacceptable
