hidden jem backs onto jl bensari just go through the glass door and your on jl bensari next to the four points hotel the rooms are great comfy bed old style hotel good brekky nice pool area great value for money

Pros:

There staff were helpful and always asked if we needed anything

Cons:

The pictures needed updating as when we I booked it it looked like the pool was a large size so you could properly swim.sadly it wasn't,the picture make it look double the size.

Excellent staff, quiet private courtyard in a great location.

Cons:

Hot water pipes are connected wrong side, so for a while I thought i didn't have hot water in the shower.
Standard rooms are very dated, although the deluxe rooms are better.

Pros:

The accommodation was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. I really liked the convenient location. The only thing that bothered me was the outside light, which stayed on and shone through the window where there was no curtain. However, overall it was really nice. The staff was also very helpful with everything — I would definitely stay again.

Bonne emplacement de l’hôtel. À proximité des restaurant de toutes types de spécialités et des boutiques.
Pros:

La piscine était vraiment un gros plus pendant notre séjour.

Cons:

La douche était pas très bien. Il était défectueux. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de prendre de douche.
