Pros:

- Хорошее местоположение.
- Номер чистый, окна открывались и можно было проветривать комнату, не включая кондиционер.
- Хороший Wi-Fi.

Cons:

- Пенсионеры включали музыку в колонке чуть ли не с 8 утра до 7 вечера. Невозможно было полежать у бассейна в тишине или поспать днем.

Malheureusement, nous n’avons rien apprécié lors de notre séjour. L’état du logement ne nous a pas permis de profiter de notre séjour dans des conditions normales.

Cons:

La chambre était extrêmement sale et insalubre. Plusieurs éléments étaient très sales et ne respectaient pas les normes d’hygiène de base. Le logement ne correspondait absolument pas à l’annonce ni aux photos présentées sur Booking.com. Nous joignons des photos montrant clairement l’état réel de la chambre. Malgré cette situation, l’établissement refuse de nous rembourser, alors que nous ne pouvons absolument pas rester dans ce logement en raison de son état.

Always a great stay
Pros:

Amazing staff, good wifi, tranquil gardens, clean and great location. Been coming here for over a decade. Will be back again next year. Nice group of annual return guests.

Cons:

Mosquitos on first visit but grounds sprayed so much better on second visit. Suggest they do this more regularly to keep on top of it

I’m really disappointed with the room. It was not clean at all. The bathroom was dirty, with urine stains on the toilet, which was really unpleasant. The room is also quite old and needs better maintenance. There was a strong camphor smell throughout the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the room was not what we expected, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

Cons:

We stayed here for 9 nights. The first night was in a different room upstairs which were very average. Our flight was canceled and I couldn’t amend my original booking to add an extra night as we flew in a day early so ended up just having to book one night extra. The following day when we were due to change rooms we were informed that the rooms we had booked and paid for months prior were all full and we could only have upstairs rooms which is not what I had paid for. Very disappointing that bookings are not being monitored and overbooking is happening. Eventually the issue was sorted and we eventually got the rooms we paid for
