Always a great stay
Pros:

Amazing staff, good wifi, tranquil gardens, clean and great location. Been coming here for over a decade. Will be back again next year. Nice group of annual return guests.

Cons:

Mosquitos on first visit but grounds sprayed so much better on second visit. Suggest they do this more regularly to keep on top of it

I’m really disappointed with the room. It was not clean at all. The bathroom was dirty, with urine stains on the toilet, which was really unpleasant. The room is also quite old and needs better maintenance. There was a strong camphor smell throughout the room, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. Overall, the room was not what we expected, and we wouldn’t recommend it.

I didnt lile that i ordered a room with abath but was told wheni arrived none were available, it was dirty but the value for money was probably bang on.

Ground floor rooms were great. Location was perfect and the staff were incredible

Cons:

One of our rooms did not have any hot water so we were all showering in the one room which was a little frustrating because you only get approximately 5 minutes of hot water before it goes cold. Also a crazy amount of mosquitoes

Cons:

We stayed here for 9 nights. The first night was in a different room upstairs which were very average. Our flight was canceled and I couldn’t amend my original booking to add an extra night as we flew in a day early so ended up just having to book one night extra. The following day when we were due to change rooms we were informed that the rooms we had booked and paid for months prior were all full and we could only have upstairs rooms which is not what I had paid for. Very disappointing that bookings are not being monitored and overbooking is happening. Eventually the issue was sorted and we eventually got the rooms we paid for

Pros:

Прекрасный отель, мне было очень комфортно в моем номере. Просторно, чисто. Кондиционер не дует прямо на кровать. Хороший продуманный номер. Чистый бассейн. Есть выход на соседнюю улицу где два мини-марта. Удачное расположение, ночью тихо.
