Midden in de stad: ideaal
Pros:

Midden in het centrum. Goede douche. Prima ontbijtbuffet. Heel prettig dat het hotel eigen parkeerplekken heeft in de naastgelegen ondergrondse garage.

Cons:

Beetje gehorig. Onduidelijk dat de hotel eigenlijk Hotel Europa heet.

La ubicación del hotel permite el acceso fácil al centro de la ciudad. Estaba limpio y bien presentado.

Cons:

Las respuestas del personal que me recibió en la noche de mi llegada, fueron demasiado directas sin algún grado de amabilidad o gentileza. Se sentía como, vine a hacer mi trabajo y ya. Las sonrisas se vende por separado. Y no resolvieron pedidos o inquietudes que necesitaba en ese momento. El servicio al cliente requiere simpatía y resolución de problemas o dar alternativas.
No había pantuflas descartables para su uso dentro de la habitación.

Ubicación excelente
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel excelente ya que está en el casco antiguo entre la plaza de toros y la Plaza del Castillo. La limpieza de las habitaciones genial.

Cons:

De la habitación no me gustó que en la ventana del WC podía tocar unas tuberías y la pared de enfrente. Con poca ventilación de habitación. Muy próxima la ventana de la habitación de al lado, no la pude abrir.... y sin ver ni el tiempo que hacía!! Habitación muy pequeña, y el desayuno muy caro.
