Excellent service and helpful staff
Pros:

We came to Agra just for 1 night. We had great experience since getting out of the car till the last moment of checking out. Reception staff offered a nice room upgrade. We were offered to take guide and car to visit main attractions of Taj Mahal and Agra Port by Narendra directly during check in. Guide Amit did an interesting tour customized based on our interests, on sunrise for Taj Mahal, making great photos for us too. I would highly recommend visiting Agra, staying in Courtyard hotel and reach out to Narendra and Amit for organizing your tour in Agra during the visit.

Was high expectations but really disappointed
Pros:

Only the good thing is the old man who are make and served masala chai very morning during breakfast, can’t remember the name.

Cons:

We informed if we booked for anniversary celebration, but they didn’t acknowledge in check-in process, but was focusing on upgrading the room for additional charged. Which we agreed and again reminded them about anniversary celebration. They did after we reminded again after dinner service. And no communication between team members, we had laundry’s to wash and next day we asked for pick up our laundry, and the HK guy came without any idea if we had laundry. Unfriendly team members, they are not really interested or caring.

Great hotel for 2 night stay in Agra whilst visiting the Taj Mahal
Pros:

It was a great hotrl, we stayed 2 nights whilst in Agra visiting the Taj Mahal. The room was large and spacious overlooking the pool, which we used to relax in after our tours in Agra.

Enjoying the Stay
Pros:

We got here late, when the restaurant was closing, but the dining staff was very friendly and made sure we got enough to eat. The next morning Charan brought us a sample of his homemade masala chai and it was both fun and tasty!

First time check in at this hotel service is amazing, I'm from Philippines and this is one of my best experience hotel,Our room is very nice and the pool view good ambience.Also the gym, I love Indian food and chai is the best, and they provide the best food at breakfast buffet. A must try hotel... Our server Charan and Monu take really good care of us..

Pros:

Good food and good service...but the amenities are old and needs to be replaced or new ones in place. Charan Saif Arvind at the restaurant is so friendly and his masala tea is the perfect masala tea ive ever had.

Overvejende sødt og venligt personale. Varieret buffet, dog meget turistvenligt afstemt, kunne godt have været lidt mere autentisk og stærk i smag.

Cons:

1) Manglende information omkring stort firma arrangement på samme tid som vores ophold. Desværre var hotellet booket til et firma arrangement men knap 100 deltagere. Det resulterede i at poolen var proppet og der var fest til langt ud på natten, hvilket kunne høres på vores værelser - da hotellet var fuld booket fik vi ingen søvn den nat! :(
2) Håndklæderne ved poolen trænger til at blive skiftet ud mere rene, det samme gælder betrækket på puderne. Vask eller rengøring af dem vil være en fordel.
