Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was lovely and decor was fantastic.

Cons:

Would have been nice to have a small balcony to dry towels and swimming costumes.

I also think my son got an upset stomach after eating in the hotel restaurant

Everything was very good.
Pros:

Very Comfortable rooms. Very elaborate breakfast and dinner menu.

Cons:

——Pool etiquette were missing. People were going into pool with cotton clothes and without taking showers. I told staff present there to control it but they couldn’t. I suggest hotel to hang few boards to educate about pool etiquette and staff should also have handy small boards of "Dos and don'ts" to handover it over to person preparing to enter pool.

—- I think hotel gives bad window room to third party apps bookings. Window view was too bad.

Pros:

Excellent spa. The room is comfortable and large. The bathroom is a little run down, but there is excellent hot water pressure. The outdoor restaurant has great food and excellent atmosphere, but it is a little expensive.

Cons:

Reception staff seem a little confused, and communication can be difficult. Discounted advertised as coming with the booking were not applied.
