Amazing stay at Courtyard Marriott Agra
Pros:

The service received at Courtyard Agra was impeccable. All service associates, especially the restaurant/bar managers, including Mr Mukund and Mr shourya went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience and timely service. They made sure to take into account our specific needs and provided us with trustworthy recommendations. I will definitely return to this property, only because of the enthusiasm of the staff who made my wife and my stay so comforting and memorable.

Very disappointing experience with the room service. We had requested plain rice along with plates and spoons, but despite multiple reminders, nothing was delivered. We ultimately had to eat our food on disposable plates.

We had booked 3 rooms, so we expected a much better level of service and hospitality. Unfortunately, the overall experience was extremely poor.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone for a stay.

Excellent Hospitality & Exceptional Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in the Executive Suite, and the overall experience was excellent. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly impressive.

A special thanks to Prashant and Vansh for their courteous and attentive service. They made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

広くて清潔な客室と洗練されたインテリアは心地よい滞在を実現してくれました。メトロのTaj East Gate駅まで歩いて10分くらいなので、メトロでタージマハルやレッドフォートまですぐに行けます。
朝食も大変魅力的でした。レストランのスタッフの皆さんはプロフェッショナルで、ストレスなく過ごせました。

Cons:

カードキーが何度もエラーをおこし、そのたびに部屋の前からまたフロントまで戻って確認する必要がありました。フロントのスタッフはお詫びもなにもせず、まるでよくあることのようでした。
朝食のメニューは毎日同じでした。

They charged me without staying. Smile.

After booking, they send me a cancellation. We didn't stay there on 14th July. They took the amount on 22nd July. No idea why they did it. They don't respond our reaches. My contact 0503474730.

A nice place to put up
Pros:

I believe it's value for money
The location is nice, near restaurants and Taj. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is good. Rooms are decent size and clean. Noise level is low. Breakfast has good selection, but the service is a bit slow. Room service is good though.

Excellent service and helpful staff
Pros:

We came to Agra just for 1 night. We had great experience since getting out of the car till the last moment of checking out. Reception staff offered a nice room upgrade. We were offered to take guide and car to visit main attractions of Taj Mahal and Agra Port by Narendra directly during check in. Guide Amit did an interesting tour customized based on our interests, on sunrise for Taj Mahal, making great photos for us too. I would highly recommend visiting Agra, staying in Courtyard hotel and reach out to Narendra and Amit for organizing your tour in Agra during the visit.
