Il buffet della colazione e della cena con scelte varie e di buona qualità. Il personale di sala gentile e cordiale.

Cons:

Lo staff in reception non era per niente cordiale e avendo talmente tanti ospiti ti trattavano come un qualsiasi numero, cosa che non ti aspetteresti da una struttura a 5 stelle. La stanza era abbastanza grande, ma la rubinetteria e il bagno in generale non tenuto benissimo, in quanto molte parti erano incrostate di calcare e la doccia non era pulitissima. Ho avuto un problema con l'acqua calda e il problema è stato parzialmente risolto soltanto la sera prima del check out e il primo giorno mi sono dovuta fare la doccia con l'acqua fredda. Inoltre, c'era un rumore terribile nella stanza probabilmente dovuto all'impianto di condizionamento che mi hanno impedito di riposare bene. Il letto ed i cuscini scomodissimi. Per il prezzo pagato siamo decisamente lontani dagli standard che dovrebbero avere. La piscina affollatissima, i teli forniti sporchi e impossibile rilassarsi per il chiasso dovuto alla quantità di gente presente. A fine soggiorno mi hanno offerto uno sconto veramente ridicolo per il disagio avuto durante il soggiorno. C'è veramente tanto da migliorare.

A Perfect Family Getaway with Exceptional Hospitality and Engaging Kids’ Activities

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Agra and had a wonderful experience with my family.

The hotel offers an excellent ambience, warm hospitality, and a thoughtfully curated range of activities that make it especially enjoyable for families with children. The staff throughout the property were consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to help.

The buffet spread was lavish, with plenty of variety across cuisines. A special mention goes to Executive Chef Mr. Dey, who consistently went above and beyond to take care of even the smallest details and ensure guests felt comfortable. It is this level of personalized attention that truly elevates the experience.

Another standout aspect was the leadership presence. General Manager Mr. Arneja was frequently visible on the floor, actively interacting with guests and ensuring everything ran smoothly—a gesture that reflects the hotel’s strong service culture.

The kids had an amazing time with the poolside activities, including interactions with a friendly panda mascot, followed by an engaging magic show and puppet show in the evening. The hotel also features a fun zone, well-maintained slides, and an outdoor play area that kept the children entertained throughout our stay.

One small suggestion for improvement: the puppet show is currently hosted inside the business center. Moving it to a more open space, such as the lobby area, could create a more inclusive atmosphere for families and help avoid any confusion around voluntary tipping expectations.

Overall, it was a memorable stay with the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, great food, and family-friendly entertainment. We would gladly return on our next visit to Agra.
