Goed hotel met een centrale ligging.
Pros:

Het hotel had een goede ligging en iedereen was super virndelijk. Het ontbijt was meer dan goed en we hebben 1x gebruik gemaakt van het buffet. Ook dat was prima.

Cons:

Mijn enige kritiek is dat het een beetje gedateerd is. De badkamer kon iets onderhoud gebruiken. Er waren een paar defecte kitranden en de wc bleef lopen.

I would stay again if I visit Agra in the future.
Pros:

Super friendly staff. They tried to help as much as possible.

Cons:

Right now there are renovations going on, which may would have caused us to rebook for a different hotel. However, as we only stayed for two nights, we were able to resolve that issue.

Great value for money, highly recommend
Pros:

The room was very nice and spacious. All the staff was kind and professional. Security check at the entrance made me feel safe. Great location for visiting Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Food in the restaurant was great. I had a great stay and was impressed by the kindness of the staff

Cons:

Only one minor complaint about the room is that the the dust bins were not looking good, kind of worn out, rusty and not looking clean. My booking said « 15% off spa » but when I asked at the spa I was told discount was not available. I still enjoyed 3 different types of massage and it was great, but, if it’s not available, maybe the discount should not be mentioned in the first place.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist zum Taj Mahal nicht weit. Die Lobby und die Poolanlage ist soweit Ordnung. Der Service von Housekeeping, Roomservice und Haustechnik ist gut.

Cons:

Ein Magier verkauft seine magischen Werkzeuge. Der Service von der Bar und vom Café war sehr langsam. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hörte jedes Vorbeilaufen an der Hotelzimmertür. Die Hotelzimmerausstattung ist veraltet, bis auf den Fernseher.

Pros:

We arrived early and the staff were exceptionally helpful, We upgraded for evening meal and breakfast and room
Lovely swimming pool and facilities were excellent

Cons:

These comments are only what we experienced our room was on Forth floor you could not hear any noise from pool area but could hear dogs barking early in morning
The food spread was amazing but the HOT food was tepid and i noticed people turning up hot plates , i did complain to the waiter but nothing happened no manager
It was such a shame as the food was so well prepared

Excellent choix
Pros:

Hôtel moderne, très propre avec des chambres spacieuses, des lits confortables. Grande piscine également très propre. Petit déjeuner fabuleux.

Cons:

L hôtel proposait des services Spa et massages mais la communication avec certains employés étant compliquée nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier. Nous avions réservé la veille mais le message n a pas été transmis et lorsque nous nous sommes présentées il n'y avait pas de plage horaire prévue pour nous. Dommage

Amazing place, we will definitely come again.
Pros:

Everything, Mr. Shahjeb, Ms. Anna, Mr. Rupendra and Ms. Taru were the people that we were in contact with. All of them were really friendly and helpful. I hope they stay there until we visit again 😊.

The quality of service in restaurant was not at Marriott level, waiters were not that professional.
